I recently attended the Working with Couples training at Jesmond Therapy Centre, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The trainer, Graeme Armstrong, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, bringing the material to life with real-world insight and a thoughtful, accessible teaching style. I left feeling both inspired and better equipped for my work. The staff at Jesmond Therapy Centre were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a positive learning environment. The centre itself has a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a safe and comfortable space to learn, reflect, and connect with others. It’s clear that great care has gone into making it a nurturing environment for both clients and professionals. Overall, I’d highly recommend this training and the centre. It was a valuable, enriching experience in a setting that truly supports growth and learning.
I attended a course recently for couples counselling which spanned 3 separate weekends. The training was facilitated by Graeme Armstrong and was excellent. He encouraged debate throughout and this meant that each day was very engaging and enjoyable. I have attended Jesmond Therapy Centre before and each time notice the gentle calming feel as soon as soon I enter the building. The staff are very friendly and caring, and the rooms are very comfortable and without any "clinical" feeling. Highly recommended for therapy or professional development!
A beautiful calm relaxing venue and the very best care and support from Sue. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has helped me through! Highly recommend! I’d give a million stars if I could!
I would highly recommend Jesmond Therapy Centre, staff were lovely, free parking and my therapist was excellent!
Absolutely fantastic. I never dreamt that trauma therapy could be so successful, but it really has been. From the friendliness of the reception staff to the expertise of therapist, Sue, the experience of using Jesmond Therapy Centre has been outstanding. I can’t praise Sue enough for the work she has done in helping to process trauma and be able to move forward. If you’re in doubt about therapy, please take this recommendation as the biggest recommendation to get the help you need. Thank you Sue, we’re indebted to you!
The training I've attended at Jesmond Therapy Centre has been excellent. Well organised and structured. I have attended several courses ran by JTC over the last few years and they have all been of high quality, led by experienced and reputable trainers, interesting and informative, and they have helped me to develop my practice in many ways. They've also been great in terms of my personal and professional development and a useful networking opportunity. I always find this helpful as a private practitioner and have got a lot out of talking with other therapists there in person. Would highly recommend.
I recently attended a training course at JTC. Graeme, the trainer was great, so engaging and informative. As always, a first class training course. The centre is beautiful, a wonderful calm, relaxed environment to be in and the staff are lovely. I would highly recommend the centre.
Therapy is about care, and care is what I felt I received, from Gillian sitting in reception to Martin's support as I made my journey through therapy. Safe, caring hands.
Sadly, this centre wouldn't allow us to bring our babies into the building. Which is clear discimination. If they don't care about our children. It shows they have very little care for the adults. I'm very glad we didn't use their services Disappinting
I had a massage with Hazel and a session with one of the other therapists. Very calm, relaxing centre, and the treatment sessions were amazing. I enjoyed my sessions, and would recommend the centre to anybody.
