I have been seeing Kerry regularly for the past six months, and I hold her in high regard. Gentle but firm in her counselling, I really feel like I could trust Kerry enough to be totally candid in our sessions. For now my therapy journey is paused but I wouldn't hesitate in picking back up where we left off. I would highly recommend.
Kerry is an amazing councillor, so lovely to speak to, brilliant advice and such lovely woman. She creates such a safe space for you to speak. I could speak to her all day! I couldn’t recommend her more :).
I was very nervous about counselling sessions but Kerry immediately put me at ease with her lovely manner. She's warm, caring and offers a safe space to talk about the various difficult issues I'm trying to navigate. I've had a few sessions so far and definitely feel less overwhelmed and anxious. Kerry is extremely supportive and has suggested some really individual and useful coping mechanisms. I feel much better able to cope with bad days since talking to Kerry and feel stronger than I have in quite some time. I couldn't have wished for a better counsellor and recommend her wholeheartedly.
Over this past year, I have loved working with Kerry! She’s incredibly kind and has helped me through many tough situations and anxious thoughts. Her prices are very reasonable and affordable compared to other therapists nearby AND it’s super easy to book in at times that are convenient for you either online or in person! Would definitely recommend :)
I would recommend Kerry to anyone who may be experiencing various hardships and difficulties in their life, whether this is as an individual or as a couple. Kerry has a unique way of making you feel comfortable, acknowledged and validated. I've spoken with other therapists before, and Kerry is by far the most skillful and emotionally intuitive therapist I have worked with. Kerry has been the first therapist that has made me feel good about myself and has helped me to see my worth. I have also felt understood regarding my chronic illnesses, despite the fact I haven't shared much about them yet. This shows the natural understanding and compassion that Kerry has for living with chronic health conditions. She understands the grieving process and how it changes your life. Kerry has a brilliant way of adapting her communication style to suit the client she is speaking with, and is able to make both of you feel listened to during couples sessions even if you are sharing different opinions. I always feel reassured that Kerry has genuinely understood my emotions and experiences, and she makes insightful comments that show you how much attention she pays to you and that she genuinely cares about improving your situation. Particularly as a woman, I feel that Kerry really understands how I think and feel in comparison to my male partner. My partner and I have only been seeing Kerry for a few months, but already my partner has gone from someone who was hesitant of therapy to someone who is engaging with it, and I'm already feeling more validated and encouraged to be myself. Our communication is also slowly improving due to strategies that Kerry has given us. I can see the benefit that couples counselling can have in your life with the right therapist.
I have been seeing Kerry for a few months now and she’s been absolutely amazing, I am very grateful that I found her. From my very first session she made me feel comfortable, safe and welcome. I’m able to talk freely and openly without any judgement. When I first started my appointments I was feeling very down and very much within myself, I already feel so much better and like I’ve made so much positive progress. I am now able to recognise my strengths and when I need to challenge myself. Kerry can always recommend great coping mechanisms and regularly writes really in-depth and insightful blog posts which help you understand your behaviour even more. Her approach is gentle and thoughtful, she’s always accommodating and I leave my sessions feeling fulfilled. I cannot recommend her enough!
I had never tried anything like this before, so it’s fair to say I was nervous and unsure about what to expect. Looking back now, after a couple of months of seeing Kerry, I honestly can’t believe I ever felt that way. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease. I feel genuinely heard and understood in a way I didn’t know I needed. Her support is making a real difference in my life—she’s truly invaluable. If you're someone who’s never tried therapy and feels scared to take that first step, please know you're not alone. I was there too, but taking that leap has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and you wouldn’t find anyone better.
My partner and I have been seeing Kerry for couples counselling for about half a year now, usually every two to three weeks. From the very beginning, Kerry has made us feel welcome, respected, and heard. She has a real gift for making both individuals in a couple feel equally valued, which I know is not an easy thing to do. We have mainly attended in-person couples sessions, but have also had some individual sessions, which were incredibly helpful for working through personal patterns that impact the relationship. Kerry has always been flexible with scheduling, and we have never felt any pressure around how often we book. On a few occasions when we needed extra support, she kindly made time to fit us in. I always leave our sessions feeling encouraged and able to put small positive changes into practice. Better communication has been our main goal, and I can genuinely say that with Kerry’s guidance, we are finding our way forward together. Kerry also writes a wonderful blog on her website, offering thoughtful and relatable reflections. While there are so many great books and resources out there, I find it especially helpful to read something written by her directly, knowing it ties closely to the approach and support we receive in our sessions. As a non-British couple who only moved to the UK a few years ago, we were initially a little concerned about whether language or cultural differences might make things harder, but Kerry has made us feel completely at ease. We feel very fortunate to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Edit: Not sure why this might be invisible to some users. I can see it on my end, so I hope others are able to as well. Either way, I truly hope this is helpful to anyone considering sessions with Kerry.
Kerry has been counselling me for the last 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Once you’ve had a chat with Kerry you can straightaway tell how professional she is and why she’s so good at what she does. She asks questions and directs conversations that dig deep into my soul but allows me to be vulnerable and open up a box that I keep pressing shut. I always look forward to speaking to Kerry because I know after the conversation I would feel much lighter and I feel recharged ready to keep pushing through the day. Her kind manners, gentleness and positive but realistic approach will allow you to feel safe to talk through what needs to be talked through.
Kerry has been brilliant since the day I started my counselling sessions with her. She is so warm and friendly and has made me feel comfortable from day one. We’ve been able to talk about all of the things that have been on my mind and really work through how to deal with them and coping strategies. I feel so much better and have a clearer head now after talking through my issues. I’m coming to the end of my sessions now and feel very grateful for the help she’s given me over the past couple of months. Thank you so much Kerry!
