Had the proviledge of speaking to a qualified and life changing individual called Toni from EDNE who helped get me on a path toward becoming healthy again when doctors, NHS bariatrics teams, psychologists, diet pills and my own willpower alone had failed time and time again. No miracles worked, no diets pushed, no NHS guidelines to nod and agree to in order to be provided with a service, but instead a compassionate, intelligent and equipped person who gave me the opportunity to explain how I was struggling and what I was hoping for in my health, and through this i was able to reflect and really help myself make the next steps toward getting back in charge of my weight. Cant say thank you enough. Great accent also by the way Toni. Great work you're doing. <3
Had some sessions with Caroline and it changed my life. So helpful and accommodating with my needs and supported my ADHD diagnosis. Can't thank her enough for all she's done for me
