We would highly recommend Laura. She was excellent to work with, understanding and encouraging. We sought Laura's services to help our 8 year old daughter, who was struggling with stress, anxiety and behavioural issues at home. Laura was sympathetic and so so good at getting our daughter to engage with the process. She really worked to get our daughter thinking about her emotions, and encouraging her to share ways and ideas that she thought we as a family could adopt to help her going forward. Her sessions were positive and highlighted what we were doing well and then focusing on what we could do differently. Being able to take our lead from our daughter and understand her needs more has been invaluable and all brought about by our conversations with Laura.
