I LOVE this place I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a massage now. Amazing strong deep massage very effective and lovely caring staff. I’ve been multiple times now and never been disappointed. Fairly priced too would recommend to anyone x
Just had a 60 minute oil massage. Felt amazing. The staff were very pleasant. The lady started by stretching out my arms and legs while applying pressure. It's the kind of feeling you didn't realize how tense they were until it begun. After that my shoulders and neck were so tense, I'm sure we could both feel my muscles pop when she applied pressure. Even she noted how stiff my shoulders and neck were. I'll definitely be going again soon, 🙏Khop khun khap 🙏
After trying several Thai Massages in the Newcastle area the Body & Mind massuer appeared to spend great effort freeing up the knotted muscles. Felt so much more mobile upon completion.
100/10 best full body massage ive ever had. All the women were so friendly and lovely. I felt so comfortable and relaxed well worth the money☺️
Booked a couples full body massage for 90 minutes. Was a full 90 minutes of massage, not 5 mins either side of getting ready and dressed etc. The ladies were kind and asked throughout if we were okay and if they found a tight area would work through it. Thoroughly enjoyed it!!
My partner and I come here as regularly as we can for the couples massage and couldn't recommend it enough, the masseuse are incredible and communicate well about your problem areas and you limits on how hard you'd like to go. Will be booking again very soon.
My partner and I had a Swedish and Aromatherapy massage each as a Christmas treat for ourselves and we couldn't have asked for more! The staff were amazing, the rooms were so warm and welcoming and we came out feeling relaxed and refreshed! Some of the best massages we've ever had, would thoroughly recommend!
I booked a 3-hour session (1 hour for feet and 2 hours for body), but unfortunately, it wasn’t the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The masseuse’s phone rang several times during the treatment, and she was checking messages while working on me, which felt quite unprofessional and distracting. The massage itself didn’t have a smooth or consistent flow, and the head massage mainly involved scratching my scalp, which left my hair quite tangled. I’ve visited this place a few times before and previously had decent experiences, but this visit was disappointing. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
This was my first massage and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was perfect, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Second time I’ve had a massage here, I broke my collarbone almost a year ago and thought I’d try to relieve some tension after overcompensating with other areas of my body. As soon as I arrived I felt calm, the music, scent along with a very welcoming and respectful greeting. Ice seems to know your body better than you know it yourself! She silently identifies tension points and works magic, albeit a bit painful if you opt for the firm option but she is sure to reassure you at the beginning to say if it is uncomfortable. In my case it’s no pain no gain! Would highly, HIGHLY, recommend. Hesitantly, as I would like another appointment.
