First time at Best Massage and it really lived up to it's name. The property is clean warm, the masseur friendly and professional. Best Massage is about 5 minutes walk from Monument Metro station. I asked for a medium strength massage, focussing on my back and shoulders. After the massage I felt great all over and will come back again before too long for another good value treatment.

Best Chinese massage. I went there because I had problems with my back and Lulu helped me to relax and to massage my back. Put my bones back too. I definitely recommend. The best massage and the staff very friendly, ❤️🤗

I've received a couple of massages here, both times were excellent. Lulu was fantastic, gave a good firm massage and helped relief aches in both my shoulders and back

I am editing my prior review of Best Massage that I posted the other day (1 star) and posting a new updated review as today I was indeed able to get an appointment and honestly, for the most part it WAS an extremely helpful and pleasant experience. The masseuse I saw was very thorough and spent a good deal of time in the 1 hour massage focusing on my problem areas - my lower back and right shoulder - and the massage was very helpful. The place was clean and welcoming and I was even given assistance managing the stairs by the receptionist (I walk with a cane). However there were a couple of minor negatives (though the massage was first rate). First of all I was left in the room for nearly 10 mins after the masseuse initially left me, then twice during the massage she left to go and deal with other customers despite the receptionist being present this cut into the session time a little. Finally the only other issue was, unfortunately, the offer of "extras" towards the end of the session - for extra cash obviously, despite there clearly being a sign in the room declaring "no adult services offered so don't ask" well I didn't and they were. It's a shame as prior to this I must say I was extremely impressed with the overall service and quality of the massage provided and the knowledge of the masseuse regarding my pain issues. This is the reason for the updated review and score. If not for the pushing of "extras" and the few interruptions during the session I would happily have given the business 5 stars
