I can’t speak highly enough about Alicia’s services. Having spent a lifetime trying to understand how to manage my ADHD symptoms, I finally have some clear direction and an understanding. Alicia listened and made me feel completely understood, with clear strategies of managing situations and a personalised plan. Thank you for all your support and help!
I felt genuinely listened to during my assessment. It felt like a safe, non‑judgmental space and I was guided in a way that felt natural rather than clinical or rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt fair and grounded. Highly recommend.
I had a really positive experience with ADHD Assessment Newcastle. The whole process was thorough, well structured, and professional from start to finish. I felt listened to and taken seriously throughout, and the assessment itself was detailed and comprehensive. Everything was clearly explained, including what to expect beforehand and the next steps afterwards. The team (Gayle and Alicia) were approachable, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and supportive. Recommend!
My son recently had an assessment for ADHD after really struggling with the transition to University. He was very nervous about the process but after meeting the two psychologists who assessed him, he was immediately put at ease. They were both warm and friendly and took time to reassure him and talk through the full process so he knew exactly what to expect. The assessment itself felt very thorough which is exactly what we were looking for. We received a long, detailed report at the end of the process which has allowed us to push forward with seeking adjustments for our son at university, and has ensured he has the right support in place. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this clinic to anyone looking for an assessment for ADHD.
Pleased I went to this company. Really professional service and caring throughout my assessment, which I was nervous about, but felt at ease with Alicia and Gayle. Recommend to others, thank you!
