Since I've been working with Tom, I can honestly say it has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. Never really knowing what to do in the gym but needing to improve my fitness,  I would use the machines and look around thinking wish I could do that lift, as had never used free weights and scared of big compound movements like Dead Lift and Back Squats, Tom educated me on the need for these in training programmes as well the correct way to execute these to get the best result and not hurt yourself. I would never have thought i would be doing these on my own in the gym. What I appreciate most is Tom's approachability, positivity, humour and film and TV recommendations and reviews, they make every session enjoyable, while still pushing me to improve and exceed my limits. Whether it’s through consistent encouragement or adjusting exercises to meet my needs, I always feel like I’m making progress, when we have PT session as well as the confidence to work out on my own. I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength, as Tom keeps a record of all sessions and is always pushing me to lift heavier.  As much as I joke when he says "I've wrote,  increase weight" I wouldn't believe some of the results I've achieved without his shared training plan. Another great confidence booster is Tom will post your PB's on Insta, where family and friends can see your progress and support you on your fitness journey. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend Tom. If that wasn't enough he does a great massage!
