Zina helps me slow down, reflect, and think more clearly instead of reacting. She creates a supportive space where I feel safe to explore my thoughts and challenge limiting beliefs. Our work helps me feel more grounded and confident in myself, and more able to trust my choices, speak up, and set boundaries. I feel supported, empowered, and less alone in the process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for real growth and self-confidence.
Zina’s professionalism is something any business owner strives to achieve. Her coaching helped me an immense amount in my day to day life and really gave me a new insight on how to go about things. Thank you so much for your work, it has made me a better person.
Dr. Zee really helped me achieve my goals with her supportive non judgmental coaching approach
I initially wondered whether my goal was achievable, whether this was just 'part of me' which couldn't be changed however, right from the beginning, you made me feel comfortable and at ease. You made me feel that my goal/s were achievable, that change was possible. You were very complimentary throughout the process. You were encouraging and gave me tools to aid me. I appreciate that my goals are still a work in progress but I'm confident that I now have a better knowledge of myself, thanks to your help, to reach these. Thank you!
I would like to sincerely thank Zina for her devotion to mentoring and for the trust she built between us. Mentoring seems to be so natural to her and with no efforts she helped me identify key areas for development, particularly in relationships with other people, but also in tackling some weakness that I have been trying to get rid of over the years. Setting up timeframes and clear, well-structured plans took me through a small journey from prioritising, focusing and completing one task at a time to measuring the time in each activity and delivering the tasks in a timely manner. Although I am still working on our goals, I feel more confident and successful in the little steps I make to achieve simple but important things in life.
I'd fully reccommend Zina! I had been in a really stuck place before connecting with her. Over the preceding 6months I had identified that I wasn’t happy in my role but had found it hard to isolate both exactly why and how to change it. With Zina, I was able to dedicate some space in my schedule, energy and attention towards the issue of my own dissatisfaction. Zina is an attentive listener and very warm person – it was easy to speak to her about my concerns and her considered perspective was always very thoughtfully phrased. She enabled me to think about my needs and gently guided my thoughts to a place of clarity; such that now I am feeling much lighter and optimistic about a new role I sought due to my sessions with Zina. I will forever remember Zina as part of that journey and am very thankful for all she has done.
