I would highly recommend the Therapy Lounge Collective. From the moment I enquired to being matched with a therapist, it was easy, seamless, and I was made to feel comfortable at all times. I have just finished my therapist sessions with Pam after 14 months, and it has been nothing short of life changing for me. Pam supported me to unpick issues and worries related to current and past relationships, my line of work, my self esteem and body image, and childhood trauma. Thank you doesnβt seem enough for what Pam has supported me with and through. Truly the most calm, patient, warm, nurturing person, who I genuinely felt safe with. Thank you Pam x

I have just completed a ten session anger management course, with Jo. I have found this course to have been interesting, enlightening, enjoyable and 100% productive ! I was apprehensive at first. And embarrassed to think I needed one, but both fears have been quashed. I feel so much. More relaxed and less like a pressure cooker. Less angry, aggressive and hopefully a nicer person, with a different outlook to life. The experience in my option was well worth the expense. Thank you Jo, for your professionalism, patience and understanding 10 out of 10 ππ» Paul

My husband has been seeing Bruce for therapy sessions and it has been worth every penny that we have spent. TLC (previously Rutland House) were recommended to me by a work colleague and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of seeking help. Chris has now got the answers to many questions that have been troubling him for years.

I have been seeing Pamela for therapy sessions for nearly 18 months now and I can safely say itβs the best investment Iβve ever made for myself. I was always a little unsure but curious about having therapy but felt that I needed it. I came across the Therapy Lounge Collective via recommendation and I havenβt looked back. Iβm invested in my therapy with Pamela long term as she has helped me in so many ways. She has delivered sessions that have given me a better understanding of myself and others and has given me many coping mechanisms to help work through my anxiety. Iβve a way to go yet and although the journey has been challenging at times, it has been enlightening. Iβm excited for the future and how my therapy sessions with Pamela will unfold. Pamela has been very patient, flexible and has helped me immensely. I canβt thank her enough.

A review for Pam - Pam has significantly helped me over the last 4 years. She has used therapy which helps me to understand and have knowledge over how past experiences have shaped me without her ever having to tell me anything. My relationship with myself, my husband, family, friends and colleagues have all benefited from having regular therapy and I would recommend to everyone to seek out therapy to help look after and maintain good mental and emotional health. Thank you Pam for all your help and support over the last 4 years.

Review for Jenny - EMDR sessions. Jenny's sessions have been nothing short of life-changing and have given me the life I have yearned for. Jenny is an excellent therapist and instantly made me feel comfortable in her presence. She seemed to understand everything that I was saying and nurtured an open and trusted environment. Whilst each session was tricky/intense, Jenny reminded me and comforted me along the way, which enabled me to stay on track and deal with the issues that arose. I was always listened to and supervised in such a way that I felt like I was in charge and able to stop at any moment. For anyone thinking of doing EMDR sessions, I recommend Jenny without hesitation. I am now living the life I have wanted for so long and feel like my body belongs to me again. "Thanks" is never enough for the sessions I was fortunate enough to access. Jenny is incredible at what she does.

The Therapy Lounge Collective was an excellent place for me to gain experience as a trainee psychotherapist. Jenny, Rima and the rest of the staff provided a supportive and ethical environment for growth. They also provide great training and nurture a lovely network of therapists who have become an important source of support and knowledge post qualification. If you're looking for a place to get trainee experience I highly recommend TLC.

I've been having DBT biweekly for months and am finding it to be incredible for helping me to cope with Borderline Personality. I hope to join the group sessions in 2026, but highly recommend anyone looking for help, get in touch! Everyone here is professional but really wants to help, and it seems it's not just a job to them. Rima has been fantastic in helping me to work through the chaos. Looking forward to getting my life back in the future

Life-Changing EMDR Therapy with Jenny Collard at RHCP. From as early as I can remember, Iβve struggled with a deep fear of flying. The thought of getting on a plane would fill me with overwhelming anxiety β racing heart, nausea, sweating, and a constant fear that something terrible would happen. I truly believed Iβd never be able to fly without intense physical and emotional distress. But thanks to EMDR therapy at Rutland House Counselling and Psychotherapy, Iβve just returned from a holiday where I experienced none of that. No panic in the days leading up to the trip, no physical symptoms at the airport, and no fear during the flights. I even sat in a window seat for the first time, and I looked out the whole flight. I felt calm, in control, and β amazingly β actually looked forward to flying! I had two sessions with Jenny Collard. The first was an introduction to EMDR and some initial therapeutic work, and the second was the EMDR session itself. I started the session full of anxiety and walked out feeling free. It was truly transformative. Iβm beyond grateful to Jenny and the team at RHCP. For the first time, I was able to fully enjoy my holiday without fear holding me back. If youβre struggling with a phobia or anxiety, I wholeheartedly recommend RHCP and EMDR therapy. It changed my life β and it could change yours too. Thank you so much!

I completed a year of DBT group therapy paired with biweekly one on one sessions with the amazing Jenny. All of the therapists I worked with were incredibly compassionate and patient. The group sessions were a great opportunity to speak to people who had similar experiences and struggles as myself. Seeing everyone make improvements as time went on was very inspiring. It has been the best thing I've ever done for myself in terms of my recovery journey. I completed the course with markedly decreased symptoms and with far more resilience and the ability to enjoy my life more than I have in years. The amount of support I received was something I never expected. The therapists are so committed to helping us, and Jenny would even call me for quick coaching session when I needed urgent help. I felt cared for and valued. I would highly recommend RHCP. Thank you!
