Amazing service. Seen in a reasonable amount of time compared to other services nearby. Counsellor understanding of everything and very professional. Grateful of this service and changed my life
Called to book an appointment - they said there are no free slots and to book "sometimes later". Apparently, they have no queue in place, so best of luck with that. Called a few weeks later and was offered an appointment. They were supposed to confirm it twice, a week and a day before. They never reached out and ghosted me altogether.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I was 19 struggling with suicidal thoughts and they wouldn't see me for years. They phoned me whilst in hospital after trying to commit suicide and told me that my case was " too severe " for them to handle and they couldn't help me. Absolutely disgusting!
Fantastic service! Helped to change my life. Would strongly recommend to anyone. We all need a rock sometimes, even if we think we can manage/continue to be strong by ourselves.
Amazing service, supportive and helped me talk through my issues
