She took the time to explain other potential health risks and precautions in detail, which I found very helpful. Her injection technique is superb—quick and virtually painless. Had a very bad experience by one of the male receptionist, all I needed to ask about my son's vaccination record that he had 8 years ago. NHS need to know before I book another vaccination I rang 5 times he kept asking me the same information everytime and said we are busy and will send you an email in a very rude manner. Very unprofessional. FINALLY after 2 weeks a lady receptionist answered my phone and she was very helpful, she gave me all the vaccination records on the phone straight away.
