Dr Windell gave a clear explanation of all the options for medications so we were able to make our own decision on which was the best one for our daughter. He was easy to talk to and very thorough.

After spending years, being let down by the medical profession, I am very sceptical about any (nhs or private) clinics. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed, with the service I got. It was so thorough, far more thorough that I thought it would be. Nadine, was fantastic, so kind and so knowledgable. As for Dr Vilanova-Godia, well, I don't think there is anything about Autism/adhd (and a myriad of other things) that he didn't know! Truly professional outfit, that I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs it. If only the nhs and other private providers, were as good as this. They should study and replicate, top quality services, like Rainbow Medical.

Nadine was very welcoming and understanding with our child who proved difficult at times. Nadine continued the assessment whilst still trying to engage our son with the process. Very professional. Thank you.

I’ve struggled with what I now know to be ADHD my entire life. At 33, I decided to seek treatment, as the wait for NHS services was just too long. That’s when I turned to Rainbow Medical, and I’m so grateful I did. I only had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, which was a relief. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Villanova on a Monday, and by Saturday morning, I was taking my first dose of medication. The turnaround was incredibly quick, and I felt supported every step of the way. Robert and Andrew, the assistants, have been fantastic as well, providing excellent care and communication. Dr. Villanova’s report was so thorough and detailed that it brought me to tears. Everything he wrote made sense, and he took the time to explain everything in such great detail. It was clear that he truly understood my struggles, and his report was carefully crafted, which I deeply appreciated. Dr. Villanova truly is my hero. There are no words to express how much my life has changed since starting treatment. I no longer feel like I’m just existing. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Villanova and his team for everything they’ve done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, I already have!

Today, my son has been diagnosed. Grace, Dr. Vilanova and team have been an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to, It's been a very emotional time for us, there kindness, support and understanding has made this process a lot easier for us especially when there is a lot of stigma out there at the minute, which personally I have struggled to deal with. I spent a lot of time researching lots of different companies; I'm so glad I went with Rainbow Medical. Thank you so much ❤️

Dylan, was great. Put both of us at ease and helped us to understand some of the more complex questions. He kept us on track with our answering as both my husband and I tend to waffle. It can be difficult recalling memories, then then changing them to words. Although, think we got enough information about our son over to Dylan.

Diane was patient with me and my rambling on and helped me by explaining the questions in a way that was more understandable when I wasn’t sure. Prior to the meeting I felt overwhelmed by the thought of a two hour questioning but Diane made me feel at ease straight away and I relaxed into it.

Dylan was very good & on time. He explained everything (even the words we didn't understand. The only issue I had was the time. They told me by email it would be 2 & half hours but it was more like 3 as he had to explain alot of the questions in detail.
