We came to Rainbow Clinical Partnership after a bit of a false start elsewhere, & they were brilliant from the moment we got in touch. The onboarding was quick & we were soon booked in for titration appointments with Dr Windell, who is lovely - knowledgeable, reassuring & great with my son. The booking system is straightforward, everything is explained clearly at every stage & the team is always reachable & happy to help with any questions or concerns. We've never felt confused or unsure about what comes next. We're now nearly at the point of stabilisation, which feels like a huge milestone. I'd recommend Rainbow Clinical Partnership without hesitation to any parent navigating this process - they make what can be a daunting journey feel manageable 😊

The receptionist is very kind and approachable. He’s very easy to work with. Always very accessible. I had no anxiety about making contact. I could phone or if it was difficult for me to talk about it i could email. At no time was i ever made to feel insignificant or like i was a problem. I was never afraid to make contact about anything. I always got a sympathetic hearing. They listen. Really listen and the written responses never offended but always were considerate and kind. He has a nice voice to listen to. The Doctor was always approachable. He listens. Hes is humble enough to be corrected if you feel a misunderstanding has occurred I had an appointment cancelled on video but instead of giving me a latrr date he saw me on the Sunday before. This shows he has real care for his patients. Hes willing to learn and i gind that he also has great knowledge and insight into who I an and the problems I’ve had. I understand what he writes. He is clear and uses a language i feel all can understand He is not in the practice solely fir money. He has a genuine concern for sufferers and only wants to improve lives. He is very skilled in talking with people. IHe does nit overwhelm the person. He gives time and fir me went over time. I got the deep impression that his main concern is to help people live a better more manageable life that make the person feel more valued in society and so increase in confidence In only a few meetings he gave me great insight into who i am and then felt i should now ho through the nhs as its better for my financial situation but at tye same time he leaves the door open should i need him for anything in the future I am very very glad I found this doctor It was the empathetic caring that I was looking for. I needed someone to believe on me and help me go on as an independent person in my own right This Doctor is Dr Vilanova.

Dr Logan Windell and all the team at Rainbow are always compassionate and listen to everything I have to discuss during the consultations. From my very first phone call to my last consultation during titration I have always felt in very safe hands. What can seem a very daunting journey discovering your diagnosis and then treatment, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rainbow to anyone thinking of starting the journey too. It truly is life changing and I am and will forever be thankful to all involved. Even when stable, they are by my side, helping with shared care and 6 monthly check ups which I think is so important as they know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to ADHD. 5 stars and more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Josep was brilliant and attentive and helped support me get a diagnosis. He went above and beyond and I cannot fault the experience at all.

Dr Vilanova and the other staff at Rainbow clinic have been amazing. The Dr quickly recognised my son’s severe symptoms and acted accordingly. He was easy to engage with and my son who struggles to engage with doctors and to express his feelings quickly felt at ease. I can’t thank the clinic enough. I just wish I had done this years ago

Our family has been with Rainbow Clinical Partnership for over three years now, and the transformation in my daughter, has been incredible. When we first started, she was having bad days almost constantly. Working with her therapist, Sebrina, has been a game changer because she is absolutely great at what she does. Today, she is having so many more better days and has even reached a point where she needs fewer sessions than she used to. I also want to say thank you to Andrew on the administrative side. Booking sessions is always seamless, and he is extremely professional and helpful whenever I have questions. I cannot recommend this team enough!
