I come there yesterday, was ringing but no one open doors to help me.. its not 24/7 was walking more than one hour.. suffering now
Very helpful, if you're wanting to get well it's the place to start.
Two years ago my family were in a desperate situation having found out that my son had a heroin addiction. We panicked and paid for him to go to PCP . Any decent organisation should have recognised that my son wasn’t ready for help . Pcp couldn’t wait for us to hand over the cheque which we willingly did . During his time there he was left with a trainee worker who couldn’t see to diffuse a situation where two people withdrawing from drugs started arguing and then got in to a fight . We know this isn’t acceptable but the staff should have been qualified to intervene before it got out of hand . My son was thrown out immediately with not even a script for methadone . I would never recommend this company . They don’t help but are very happy to take your money .
THIS 5 STAR IS JUST TO MAKE UP FOR THE 2 1* RATINGS! I NOTICED BOTH BAD RATINGS WERE FROM THE PARENTS NOT THE SERVICE USER THEM SELF🙄 EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO (GUIDE) THEM TO A BETTER LIFE IS PUT THERE ON A PLATE IN FRONT OF THEM! IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO (EAT IT) THEN WHAT CAN PCP DO? TIE THEM UP AND FORCE FEED THEM THE BETTER LIFE? NOOO! ITS A BUSINESS AND SERVICE! IF THEY ARE NOT READY OR DONT WANT IT THEN THATS IT! COME BACK WHEN YOU REALLY DO (AND PAY AGAIN)
Great Service and friendly staff. You need the help this is the place to get you on the road to recovery.

Would never recommend this place, my son came out no different, there has been no feedback, no communication, no advice on ongoing treatment. he had to pay taxies every day to attend his meetings because the transport bus had broken down and he was never fed properly !!!!!!!!!! waste of time and money
