La Cachette Head Spa — Massage therapist in Leicester, England

Honestly I’m so angry. I booked a hairspa for my mothers birthday and she want in for the luxury experience which was supposed to be 90 minutes. However, the lady doing it finished in 60 minutes. Our mother was visibly upset, so we rang in, and the lady had the audacity to say, maybe your mother fell asleep and cctv showed that she had the 90 minutes (basically preying on the fact that my mother was an older client who wouldn’t be able to remember). Thankfully another family member had an experience with them last week and in her treatment included a scalp analysis, when we questioned the lady on why a scalp analysis wasn’t included, she did return £30 back to us. What was more distressing was just the lack of human decency to take advantage of a situation and then blatantly lie to a customer. It’s really upsetting behaviour to see a business behave like that and try and take advantage on someone’s age. If you are thinking of going please reconsider.

I recently visited La Cachette Head Spa for a Japanese Head Spa session, and honestly, it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. Sam, who carried out my session, is absolutely amazing. She is highly experienced, professional, and has truly magical hands! From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Every step of the treatment was done with such care and attention to detail. The entire experience was calming, rejuvenating, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. You can genuinely tell that Sam is passionate about what she does, and it reflects in the quality of the service. If you’re looking to treat yourself to a proper head spa day and unwind fully, I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be returning! Much love ❤️

First time experience and I’d definitely book again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a scalp pamper or just to treat yourself to a bit of ‘me time’. Sam was so lovely and talked me through the treatment beforehand so I had an idea of what to expect. She created a relaxing and calm environment, so much so that I couldn’t help but doze off! I had booked in for the deluxe head spa treatment and I loved it. Sam was fantastic, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! I was given 3 HEATED BLANKETS to make me feel super relaxed. The scalp analysis was amazing, it was so interesting to see the before and after! The massages were DIVINE! Sam thank you so much for giving me this wonderful experience! I had the most relaxing experience here last week (and can’t wait to book again). Not only was the session a real treat in terms of relaxation, but Sam was excellent in talking through my hair/scalp type and explaining how the treatment was going to benefit me. She also gave some advice with regards to managing my hair going forward. An incredible 90 minutes of pure relaxation and self-care.

Such an amazing experience, felt so relaxed and Sam did an incredible job on my scalp. I would highly recommend to go here, only thing I’d say is I wasn’t aware that you leave with wet hair which felt a little uncomfortable after being so relaxed and it wasn’t very clear on the website that your hair won’t be dried either.

Always wanted to try a Japanese head spa but worried people jumped on the hype and it would just be an expensive hair wash - couldn't be more wrong with Sam! She shared so much knowledge and it was obvious she had a passion and love for the treatment. One of the nicest experiences I've ever had, so relaxing I had to keep fighting my body to stay awake. Hair felt amazing for days afterwards. The place was so clean and comfortable and I can't wait to go back

I have never smelled better, felt better, felt calmer, than when I left La Cachette ! Such a beautiful central location in the New Walk Area Such accommodating, smiley, beautiful staff I have never felt safer than in Sam’s hands. She worked her talents into my scalp, it was seriously extremely relaxing. I paid for the 40 minute session £50 definitely feels worth it! & It is a treat to have such a unique experience so close to home. The experience felt so authentic with the calming music, the aroma of essential oils, the lamps and the THREE heated blankets along with the heated eye mask !!! What is not to love. The head spa treatment was luxurious from start to finish, with brushes and wooden tools, many many shampoos and conditioners and oils and combs and washes. You are well and truly looked after here. It’s Not just a fun experience, it’s beneficial for my scalp and hair, which feel significantly lighter and refreshed. Sending all my love and admiration to Sam who took care of me completely, I hope her business flourishes and her massage hands stay spectacular! 💞 10/10 no complaints 🤍 will be returning hopefully
