Ryan was so helpful, he listened and helped with a muscular issue. He was calm and helped release tension and irritation in my right leg. He worked through the muscles and was awesome at listening and knew how to make the irritation go away !
Ryan is a unique and powerful healer, as well as a holistic and polyvagal therapist. In our monthly sessions together, we do somatic bodywork, breath work and movement. Initially I used this to relive long-standing body pains, but this evolved into a place of self-exploration through movement It is a safe place to explore what comes up. There is no judgement, just a place of learning and acceptance As a GP I know that a biomedical approach only achieved so much Wanting to take a different view about my health and well-being led me to Ryan I'd thoroughly recommend Ryan to anyone who is struggling with symptoms which they want to heal and understand in a holistic way
I would absolutely reccommend here. Went in for trouble with my lower back after a nasty sprain and was really impressed with the results and relief I experienced. Ryan was very polite and explained everything well. One of the best physio experiences I've ever had.
OK… the lovely Ryan operates his fantastic practice within The Space To Breathe Collective, he’s been a really important addition to what we do here. Safety and trust is key and when I go and see Ryan I always feel this. I suffered with lower left foot pain for about 18 months and I have seen dramatic improvements since seeing Ryan. I have had about 6 sessions so far. Ryan works with me intuitively to release tightness and encourages me gently to use my breath, it’s really working and now part of my overall self care. I was recommended Ryan before he moved here, I know many people who thinks he has magic hands and there is so much more going on here beyond the physical. I can’t quite explain it and clinical massage doesn’t quite cover it… all I can say is that I am glad I found him when I did.
I first went to this massage place in November because I had injured myself walking down some stairs. It had been a week and the inflammation was just getting worse. By the end of a 2 hour session, which was scheduled super fast, I was able to walk without my cane and haven't needed it since. In December I pinched a nerve in my neck. So back I went. I started coming here once a month so that I could continue to use my arm. It's now February and the nerve has released, so I'm going back for some sports massage to get things worked out. I also have chronic pain in my hips. Ryan worked on that issue for about an hour. And, for the first time in literal years, my hips didn't hurt. He's the best kept secret in Leicester. Seriously, come here if you need something more than a relaxation massage.
I had such a great experience with Ryan that I'm just sad that I live in London and not near enough to become a regular client. I'd not had massage like this before but it felt revolutionary to me in terms of releasing long-held patterns of tension. He got me to work with my breath at he released areas of tension. I found that the more I engaged the better the result. He really had incredible intuition as to where to go to and it felt like he was really feeling exactly what was going on. It was super impressive.
Ryan has been supporting my fitness, mobility and back issues for many years now with a combination of 1 to 1 Pilates and clinical massage. Ryan has also treated a couple of keyboard-related episodes of RSI (repetitive strain injury) with immediate improvement. I highly recommend him.
I experienced lower back issues during my travel to Leicester, and am so glad I found Ryan's services and was able to see him twice during my stay. Ryan was very quick to pinpoint the issues in my back, and was very effective in his manipulations. He was very professional, friendly, and helped to ease the tension/stiffness in my back. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone needing a quality and effective massage, particularly for back issues. Thanks Ryan!
I started seeing Ryan one on one mainly to strengthen my core and body. He also helped with my own going back issues. He has great knowledge and knew exactly what to do to sort my back. Ryan is very professional and a genuinely nice guy, who always greats you with a smile.
I came to see Ryan when I relocated from Sussex and was looking for someone as brilliant as the therapist I had been seeing there. As soon as Ryan started to work on my arms and shoulders, I knew I had found someone very skilled and knowledgeable. He was immediately able to ease the pain caused by too much work at poorly designed desktops. I can't recommend him enough. Try just one session. You'll see what I mean.
