I’ve had a few sessions with Gina and what I’ve loved is how easy she is to talk to. She listens and respects what it is you’re talking about and is super supportive. In her sessions I’ve been given constructive feedback and I’ve felt like I’ve made lots of progress. Thank you , Gina:))
I have had several counselling sessions and I am very pleased with the progress I’ve been making with Gina. She really listens to you and acknowledges what you’re saying. She gives great feedback with some direction but also encourages you to think things through and work out realistic solutions for yourself. She is always punctual and professional - but she also is very down-to-earth which helps you to feel relaxed and comfortable even when speaking about difficult subject matter. I would definitely recommend Sublime Counseling to anyone needing counselling services.
I highly highly recommend Gina she is absolutely amazing- gives me time to work through things and helps me look at things from all points of view. I feel I can talk open and honestly with her and she has helped me so much with my mental health - thank you Gina ☺️
I don’t think I’ve really ever understood what I needed out of therapy until Gina. She isn’t scared to ask questions and give honest constructive feed back. She genuinely really cares and I don’t think I’ve felt like that before. She’s understanding and really fair, I moved cities and still use her over video call now because I wouldn’t want to have anybody else now. It’s hard to find that fit and feel like someone really cares. Honestly can’t say enough great things about her, she’s also pretty funny too. Always nice to take the edge off and have a laugh 11/10
I decided to go private due to NHS wait times and found Gina really helpful to get me over this period. I liked that we didn't have to stick to a schedule and if something in the week happened we were able to focus on that rather than the low mood which I originally came in for help with. She's been a great help and I'd recommend her to anyone.
Gina is brilliant at working with young people and is empathetic and relatable. She easily builds trust and works in a truly supportive way, tailored to the needs of the individual. She is kind and compassionate and offers a safe space to work through challenges and build strategies for coping with the struggles that teenagers face. I can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t thank Gina enough for making me feel comfortable at every session. Her patience and guidance taught me a lot to get to where I am today. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family as she create a safe place for you to open up, allowing you to really question and evaluate issues that lie deeper than the surface.
I have been seeing Gina for a few years and she’s significantly helped me with my mental health and given me lots of tips on how to deal with anxiety. She’s a great listener so always remembers our discussions even after a few months have passed. Would definitely recommend!!
Gina of Sublime Counselling was there for me when I was going through a time of hardship within my family. It was hard for me to adjust and I knew I needed support. All of this was going on during the height of COVID lockdowns so Gina was able to virtually meet with me and help me adjust to what was going on in my life. Gina was very professional, well skilled and educated in mental health and counselling, and I was very much in good hands. I was able to feel better about my situation and how to cope with it and I still turn to her services when stuff gets hard--cause life has the tendency to do that sometimes! I highly recommend her and if you're reading this review and going through a tough time--you're not alone--you'll be in good hands.
Gina is an excellent listener and ridiculously easy to talk to. She was my first experience with counselling and prior to her i had the assumption it would be an old stiff glaring at me, judging me and would be super formal. This couldn’t have been further from the truth as the sessions are super casual, chilled and overall just a really good environment. Would definitely recommend.
