Outrageous and Unprofessional Conduct I am writing to voice my strong dissatisfaction with the way your establishment handled my appointment situation. Despite being merely 5 minutes late, I was alarmingly reported to the police, which is a grossly disproportionate reaction. This incident has left me feeling both insulted and distressed. Such extreme actions for insignificant delays are entirely uncalled for and speak volumes about your lack of professionalism and understanding. I chose not to proceed with my appointment after this shocking experience, as I could no longer trust your establishment to provide the supportive and calming environment I expect from a massage parlour. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing more reasonable and customer-friendly policies. Treating clients with such hostility guarantees that they won't return, and I, for one, will not be recommending your services to anyone.

The only comment here right is Jo’s. I experienced the same and even worse. Not clean. No covering. Old towels. Dirty toilets. Lose temper staff. Don’t even smile for a second. And most importantly don’t understand English so you can’t communicate. You can’t explain if you need or don’t want massage at particular area. I told her I don’t want massage at one part and she started giving there. Waste of time and money. I’ve been to many massage centres but this was the most disappointing. I advise not to go….

Wow! - I really recommend enjoying a massage here. The Oriental girls here are all very attentive and keen to please. They certainly know how to give a first class massage. I felt like I was in heaven for the hour I was there. A truly magical and wonderful experience everyone should try. The shop is very clean and easy to find. Thank you, I will be back again soon!
