I have been working with Vivien for the last 8 years on and off and I can hand on heart say I wouldn't be who I am now without her support. I have always left every session with new insights and tools. She knows exactly what to ask or say to help me dive into thoughts more deeply or look at things with a fresh pair of eyes. I've always felt safe and accepted by her and that has given me the space to grow in the ways I want to. I've always really appreciated that Vivien adapts to fit my needs and that she see's the whole person, the whole picture. Her guidance has been invaluable to me and I'm incredibly grateful.
Working with Vivien was incredibly empowering and provided a safe space for me to explore the direction of travel that I was going in with my career. Vivien is an incredible listener but also she is very good at challenging ingrained beliefs, getting you to see things differently. I would thoroughly recommend working with Vivien - you will be better for it!
I booked a few sessions with Vivien as I was lacking direction with my work life. She helped me immensely with focusing on what my values and strengths are and got me on the right track. She also helped me personally with my relationship issues. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and I will be booking some follow up sessions in the future.
I had a really positive career coaching experience with Vivien over a five month period. She helped me get out of a rut and to make some big, brave decisions regarding my career, helping me to reconnect with my values and what I wanted and needed from work and life. I'd highly recommend her!
I worked with Vivien for over a year- she is a fantastic confidence coach and she really helped me change my life for the better over that time!! I was lacking in confidence and struggling with my career and Vivien gave me the gift of clarity with it all! She is warm and so easy to talk to which made our sessions really productive and something I looked forward to. If you are struggling with your confidence and mindset I would 100% recommend speaking with Vivien!!!!!
I have worked with Vivien for the last 18 months on working out what I want from the next phase of my life, career change and starting a new business. She helped me gain clarity in my choices and gave me confidence to make the moves I wanted to make. I felt that she is always on my side, never judging and has a great sense of humour. I can't praise her work enough and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a coach!
I highly recommend Vivien's coaching- she brought me through a tough transitional period with a huge amount of support, compassion and practical advice. When I began sessions with Vivien I was not feeling hopeful about future career prospects and was not able to identify the roadblocks causing me to faulter in the job hunting process. By the end of my first session, Vivien had created a pathway to helping build a better mindset with practical tools that I continue to practice today. From here, we focused on finding a path out of unemployment for me. Vivien not only coached me on job application processes, but we also identified what I would like out of a role, where I'd like to be in the future and what I could do in the moment that would benefit me further down the road. With Vivien's coaching, I was able to take on freelance work to build my confidence and continue practicing my skills. For the first time in months I began to feel confident in myself and my abilities. This new found confidence, the tools given to me by Vivien, and her ongoing coaching helped me secure a full time role in the marketing field in London. I really appreciate the sessions I had with Vivien, not only because her coaching and guidance has set me up for success, but because she is such a lovely person to talk to. I am so glad her services were recommended to me and I am quick to pass on the recommendation to friends and family! In short, Vivien is awesome, a positive force and a brilliant guide towards a better future for those who need it.
Vivien helped me cultivate practices that will be with me for life. Working with her has really helped me manage my negative thoughts and also to treat my personal goals with the wider importance they deserve. I worked with Vivien for a year and still loop back for the occasional session! Very much recommended :)
My experience with Vivien has been hugely positive. From helping me identify and focus on my goals to creating a practical toolkit, Vivien's warm and welcoming approach provided enough challenge to push me to a better understanding of myself and how to work to my strengths. I initially approached Vivien with a focus on my career, but her approach and guidance has had a positive effect beyond work.
I couldn't recommend Vivien higher. While I predominantly worked with her from a career perspective, our sessions together have had a huge impact on a huge number of areas of my life so far. She is unerringly warm and comforting, but challenging too. She let me guide the direction of a lot of sessions, but was more directive too when I was floundering and needed the push. Her ability to always say exactly what I needed to hear at any given time was remarkable. I have already recommended Vivien to various other people and will continue to do so. Thank you for all your help!
