Seb has taught me an entirely new outlook on the world and has helped me work through using food as an emotional crutch. Although still not perfect by any means, I have new tools to help recognise unhelpful thought patterns and to have more faith in my own ability to handle life's challenges. I am eternally grateful for his well taught lessons, calm demeanour and wonderful sense of humour.

The best gift you will ever give yourself. Seb is a fantastic therapist who knows his stuff but also somehow feels like a mate. I couldn't be more impressed or thrilled with the work we did, and we did it over Skype!

My partner had been urging me to talk to someone for a while but I kept putting it off thinking it was a silly idea. Now I wish I had spoken to Seb sooner! He’s a top bloke, really approachable and really knows his stuff. I feel like a better version of myself. I have to admit I thought therapy would involve some sort of tree hugging nonsense but instead Seb explained the brain science behind what I was experiencing and explained a clear strategy for resolving it. This was nothing like what I was expecting and I’m more than happy with the result. I honestly can’t recommend Seb highly enough!

After months of trying to fix my insomnia on my own nothing seemed to be working for me, and a good night's sleep just started to seem like a distant dream. I tried herbal teas and other DIY fixes but nothing seemed to work. Then a friend recommended Seb to me, at first I was sceptical as I'm quite a private person, but Seb was so easy and lovely to talk to, it wasn't hard to open up to him! Before I knew it we were getting to the core of the problem and I slowly began to feel well rested as the treatment began to work. I would highly recommend working with Seb to anyone as he is incredibly easy to talk to and has helped me come a long way to sleeping through the night!
