I had a great experience with Alex and Mike. Both bring a great amount of experience to the table and I would thoroughly recommend them for knee rehab
A welcoming and professional team. The physio and support I've received from Mike has been excellent - he took the time to understand my situation, explain my options, tailor a programme, demonstrating empathy and a high level of knowledge throughout.
Have muscles pain on neck, shoulder, back and legs. feel much better, muscles more relaxing after 60 minutes massage. Highly recommended. Many thanks, Matthew and Greg
I have been getting physio for about 5 months and it has been really helpful, all the staff are great and I've had much better results than any other physios I've tried in Bristol. I have also been for multiple sports massages and they have been great
What a friendly and welcoming place! All the staff are knowledgable and supportive taking the time to understand your issue and provide you with the treatment and exercises needed to get you back to fitness. They have a great range of technology to help as well. Highly recommended
The Medical offers really experienced knowledgeable physiotherapists. Alex is my lead physio who has pinpointed an issues I’ve had for many years that no other therapist has! There is always support along the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you guys.
Had a free runners check and performed an analysis of body mechanics when squatting and gait analysis when walking. This quickly turned into a sales pitch trying to get me to spend several hundred pounds on an orthotic on the spot or sign up to courses of physio, I suggested I’d go away and do more research before committing to anything at which point it became confrontational asking why I’d want to do that and isn’t that why you come to an expert. Definitely won’t be considering further services now Give two stars because it was free but wouldn’t use any services here again
Gethin is a great asset to your team. He has been very understanding supporting me with appointments and introducing me to acupuncture. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed to try this new holistic medicine. A big thank you and highly recommended.
Disappointed. The physio I had an appointment with left me with a trainee on placement for most of the session. They used loads of force measurement and motion tracking kit, dispassionately read the numbers to me and said “yeah, that could be higher!”. Focused on arbitrary improvements to my stats rather than the issue I had presented. They didn’t even provide any advice or exercises. Felt pressured to book a follow up.
I had sciatica for several months and I was in unbearable pain that limited me from doing the things I love and minimising the quality of my daily life. I decided to have an assessment at the Medical. The assessment with Greg was thorough and he was very communicative and supportive. The recovery plan included IDD therapy and rehab sessions with Gethin. The staff that supported me throughout the sessions was very friendly, supportive and professional. The receptionists were always kind and helpful. Starting the sessions I was sceptical it would work for me but I am so glad it has! Thank you so much everyone at the Medical and especially Gethin. Thank you for supporting me throughout my recovery journey.
