I booked a few sessions with Steve as my brother's wedding was looming, I've never been fond of public speaking, and I was experiencing a tremendous amount of anxiety about the idea of having to make my best man's speech. The sessions with Steve were relaxed and he took me through a range of activities from hypnosis to thought exercises and visualisations, as well as discussing practical measures to reduce the anxiety I was feeling (some were very obvious common sense coaching style suggestions such as simply starting my preparation with more time to get the speech perfect so I wouldn't be panicking at the last minute!). After the first session I felt a lot more relaxed in general so I booked a couple more (we only had 2 weeks before the wedding). Thanks to Steve's help and advice I managed to fully prepare and script my best man's speech as well as practicing it several times in advance and making edits and changes. Although I still felt pretty nervous on the day I delivered the speech and I think it went well. I also received a few compliments from people afterwards saying that they thought it was a really good speech and that I hit a good balance of humour and sentiment and delivered it well. This was definitely thanks to Steve's help and input and to the fact I actually felt properly prepared as a result of the sessions we had done.

Steve's a mentor and champion of your current and future goals. It has been inspirational to have him on my side. I always leave our session feeling reinvigorated and positive for the future and together we have improved who I am and where I am going. Thank you for your help Steve.

I've had quite a few experiences with different hypnotherapists before meeting Steve.. I didn't expect much change, to be honest, because my latest experiences didn't help me to achieve what I needed. Steve was different. His approach was different, he sat me beside him, not infront, which freaked me out at first..but then I understood the reason, he gives small touches to head or hand during the session. Very intuitive, incredibly positive, working on individual and not reading from script. I went into the deepest state of hypnosis I've ever been, and I've achieved what I needed to achieve after the first session. Highly recommend, best hypnotherapist in Bristol for sure.

I recently completed 6 sessions with Steve to address generalized anxiety and sleep issues. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but after 2 or 3 sessions, I started to notice improvements in my anxiety levels which have continued to improve to an extent I have not felt a physical manifestation of my anxiety since we worked together. I would definitely consider returning to Steve in the future to tackle more specific issues. I highly recommended if you’ve reached a point with an issue or goal and feel stuck especially if you’re already consciously doing the right things.

I visited Steve for three sessions of NLP & hypnotherapy a few months ago as I had something specific which I wanted to ease & many other methods didn't really get me there. Steve instantly made me feel relaxed and positive about the possibility of his work but what followed next blew my mind... After one session I was already feeling much lighter and happier so by session three I felt like I'd reached my goal and had some new tools to take forward into my life. 3-4 months later I'm still using them. What also worked for me is that for something which seems quite serious there was an opportunity to bring some creativity and fun to it, and no doubt this is part of the process. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Steve is an excellent therapist, very professional, highly skilled and calm. I had an amazing massage. I really benefited from the 1.5 hour holistic massage treatment and felt really relaxed after. All my stress and tension gone. I would recommend it!

I've had a very positive experience with Steve. I've tried a few types of therapy for dealing with issues around anxiety and low confidence/self esteem, and I've found that my sessions with Steve have made the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time! I'm fully behind NLP now and am a big fan of Steve himself, he creates a comfortable atmosphere in which I find it easy to relax and concentrate on making positive improvements. Highly recommended

I have had three massage sessions with Steve so far and have thoroughly enjoyed them. I initially went because of some pain issues and Steve was very attentive and worked on the affected areas and checked in with me every time. I am feeling much better already. He has made me feel very comfortable at all times and knows what he is doing. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend him!

Steve is a great massage therapist! I've been going to sessions with him on and off since the days of Clifton Relaxation Centre (now gone, sob) and now have regular sessions each month, which after years of being told would help, really does! Steve is very good at tailoring sessions to suit you - offering a relaxing "soft" massage but also does deep tissue work and focusses on problem areas. His training in Reiki really makes for the best holistic massage. For me, he has yielded more results than sports massage and physio the like. He provides a relaxing and calm setting for you to get away from it all for a while, which we don't do often enough in this busy world. I'd thoroughly recommend Steve, and have done to many of my friends already!

I’ve been back time and time again for a massage treatment with Steve. He has the most incredible way of holding the space so that I ease into the session and become so present that time really slows down (which is the best thing ever when receiving a massage)! He has offers a great, well rounded approach to the treatment and always knows exactly what I need (even if often don’t). He’s also really effective when it comes to working on problem areas and tailoring a treatment to your needs. I often suffer with very tight shoulders and overworked quads and Steve always does a great job at helping release them and restore them. I highly recommend him to anyone!
