I highly recommend Sarah having been through a period of upheaval which caused me much anxiety, self doubt and fear of change. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen and guide me through hypnosis to develop tools to cope. I feel so much happier, calmer and confident now I can use these techniques to deal with life's ups and downs. Thank you Sarah for helping me feel strong and capable of achieving things again.
I went to Sarah for help with moderate insomnia, and I'm so glad I did. While I'm still working through the sleep issue, Sarah's self-hypnosis sessions and techniques helped me to develop strong feelings of safety and relaxation in my bed space which is a huge ingredient in rebuilding healthy sleep. I've seen that self-hypnosis really works, and Sarah showed me the techniques I needed to progress. Thanks Sarah! - Kyle H.
The sessions with Sarah have had a massive positive affect on my insomnia, I am now sleeping better as I am calmer when I go to bed and this is due to the techniques that I have been taught. I used to dread going to bed as I would lie awake for what felt like hours and then would struggle the next day to be productive. I am now getting to sleep a lot easier and find that more and more I am falling to sleep straight away. Such a positive experience that I would highly recommend.
I have just finished 6 sessions with Sarah, she was great at providing tools to navigate day to day life, in practical sessions that focus on changes you would like to make. The sessions aren't intended on being long term, more a short burst of sessions which I really liked. You will get more out of the sessions if you practice in between. I look forward to coming back to Sarah to have a check in later in the year.
Ive recently had 2 appointments with Sarah. The setting was great and Sarah was very friendly and paid attention to what I wanted to say and how I felt. Sarah convinced me that my problem was easier to solve than I expected, and so far that did the trick. I have no complaints and fully recommend Sarah's practice.
Working with Sarah on my fear has been a pleasure which is not something I ever thought I'd say! I not only reached my goals after a short time but also now have tools I will use forever in different situations. Overcoming my fear will be life changing for me, thank-you Sarah.
I chose to go to Sarah for my needle phobia because she had mentioned on her website that she used to have this phobia herself, so I felt that she’d have a much better perspective of this particular issue. I’d seen a couple of hypnotherapists a decade or so prior, but they only covered general relaxation, which was good, but didn’t really address the core thoughts around my phobia. Sarah integrated my phobia into the sessions, and offered a lot of follow-up notes and extra resource ideas after the sessions. I cannot claim my phobia is completely cured, but in going into some dental surgery following the sessions with Sarah, for the first time in my life I found that I was able to be in control of my thoughts at certain points of the procedure rather than being overpowered by all-out fear. That was a milestone for me. I feel that I now have a tool-box of relaxation techniques that I can make use of in a range of situations, and I’m grateful I was given that help. I’d definitely recommend Sarah.
Sarah has a lovely calm and friendly manner and I very much enjoyed my hypnosis sessions with her. I felt that she really listened and planned some very effective techniques to help me with some problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah.
I had the pleasure of working with Sarah a number of times on a professional development course we both attended. She has a very down-to-earth approach and is very easy to work with. I found her to be excellent at getting to the heart of the issue and putting together an effective strategy to resolve it. I highly recommend Sarah.
Meeting Sarah has changed my life in ways I never expected! I was struggling with a sleep disorder that had been ruining my life for 18 months, and by just meeting her a few times (and following her instructions!), not only has my sleep improved enormously, but she gave me precious tools to deal with the ups and downs of life. For me, hypnotherapy was not only an effective treatment, but a fascinating instrument that, once learned, will always stay with me.
