Never managed to get a reply from them. Tried half a dozen times over the years. Maybe they'd reply if I offered them money?

Unfortunately for me, this service has treated me horribly, and have shown prejudice and a lack of compassion. They've ignored me when I'm desperate for help, they don't do what they say they will, and do not seem to fully understand the effects of mental illness, and how to fulfil their requirements. I've been judged, treated differently, and labelled 'difficult'. Their conduct has had a huge negative impact on my life, and made me very unwell. Please use with caution, and keep your expectations low.
