An appointment was scheduled for 15:30 on a Saturday, a day the clinic closes at 13:00. I attended based on confirmation and incurred travel costs as a result. While attempts were made to call on the morning, no written notification was sent and no goodwill adjustment was offered despite the administrative error originating purely from the clinic. Vaccination itself was handled professionally on a later date, but booking reliability and complaint handling were very disappointing. Update: Following my review, the clinic contacted me promptly and resolved the matter with a goodwill refund. I appreciate them taking responsibility and addressing the situation professionally.
Met Sy and she was wonderful, talked to me about all the jabs I should have for my trip to Thailand. Great experience and would recommend anyone to come here.
Sy was friendly and helpful. Explained everything in good detail and made sure i was comfortable and happy getting the needle.

Great service! They managed to sort me with the vaccines I needed on short notice. Sy was excellent at guiding me through the process and very polite.
went in for vaccines today and had the most wonderful nurse, made me feel nothing but comfortable. 100% recommend!!
I had an amazing experience at this clinic, the receptionists were so lovely! Easy, and hassle free process. I have a phobia of needles and Sara made me so calm and it made the whole experience a lot smoother!
Had the best experience! Extremely friendly front of desk staff, super efficient and pain free! The nurse, Sara, was absolutely lovely, really put me and my friend at ease! She was extremely knowledgable and informative about the jabs we may need. The best option for both experience and affordability! Thank you ladies
Everyone here is incredible, the lovely receptionists and the absolute exceptional nurse. So knowledgeable, so easy, no pain, total security and confidence. Grateful that they've made the process of travelling that bit less stressful!
Really amazing and friendly team. It’s been such a straight forward process from consultation, to payment to the actual vaccine. Would recommend to anyone !
