Laura is very professional and organised. As a client, even more importantly than those qualities, I appreciate her care and genuine desire to help and make a difference. Thank you, Laura!
In the words of The Shapeshifters; "I'm a different person". I can't recommend Laura any more highly. I was in poor shape when we started. Not only do I now feel better but I have the tools and confidence to continue on the mind opening journey that was kickstarted by Mind Nourishing. I was sceptical at the start but Laura was flexible with the programme and we eventually completed the full course. If in doubt, just do it! It will change your outlook on everything, dramatically, for the better.
I started working with Laura earlier this year to help me have a better relationship with food and improve my overall gut health. It's been incredibly enlightening working together and Laura has always gone above and beyond to give me as much information as possible, whilst tailoring everything to be very specific to me and who I am. I am very glad I chose to go with Laura on my nutrition journey and I highly recommend her skills and warm approach!
It has been a very good journey working with Laura. My diet has totally changed in a good way and i am now cooking tasty foods that are both good for me and for my health. I had energy issues and the end result is that i have lots more energy now so Boom...result. Laura is great to work with and provides you with everything you need to feel better.
I chose a 5 month plan and have really enjoyed working with Laura. I have a complex history with eating disorders and chronic IBS/D and with Laura's mindful guidance and compassion, seen a significant change in my eating habits. I'm bingeing less and have been able to identify triggers in gut flare ups and brought back enjoyment in healthier cooking. Laura has extensive knowledge and resources which have been an invaluable support in my recovery journey.
I recommended Laura to my mother as she has some health issues which I felt that some changes in her nutrition habits would help. Laura taught my mother about the foods she should eat for her health issues. Her knowledge and understanding of nutrition is excellent and has taught her so much. My mother has learned how to make better and healthier food choices. Laura didn't dictate to her what to eat, instead she suggested different options so she learned how to make different choices. Laura was approachable, understanding and patient with my mother and I would highly recommend her.
I signed up with Laura for five months to help combat my almost daily stomach bloating. I received monthly zoom chats and weekly check ins plus Laura was also always available for advice and help in between those sessions. Over the months Laura helped me by introducing me to certain changes in my diet. Laura is so knowledgeable and helpful. I am now bloat free, I have so much more energy and feel really good. Highly recommend... Thank you Laura
Laura has really helped me with the stomach problems I have been having and supported me every step of the way. I have seen such bug changes since starting this service and would never go back to the habits I had before I started with her. I feel so much more confident within myself and worry a lot less about whether my stomach problems will flare-up every day. It is such a great service and Laura is such a lovely person. I can't recommend her and her service enough.
Laura is a true inspriation and a very knowledgable professional. Laura helped me for a period of 5 months with weekly check-ins and monthly one-to-ones. The outcome was a much healthier diet and a better understanding of how the food we eat affects our mood and wellbeing. This has helped to increase my energy levels throughout the day and also to improve general wellbeing. Thank you Laura for being so supportive and a great inspiration.
When I met with Laura I had some clear goals in mind of losing around 3 stone in weight and having more energy to improve my exercise routine and she gave me exactly what I asked for. With weekly check-ins to offer advice and answer any questions I had, always positive and encouraging whether I had a good or bad week. I have now lost over a stone in weight which with my better understanding of my diet I am continuing to lose weight at a rate I know I will keep it off and probably exceed my goal which in turn is helping improve my fitness and stamina. I highly recommend Laura and thanks again for all the advice and encouragement
