Marianne was super accommodating when I required some flexibility at the beginning. I felt very safe to open up and I learnt a great deal about how the mind works. Additionally, I was given some powerful hypnosis tracks to listen to that have already had an affect! Thank you π
I went to Marianne for hypnotherapy for a phobia and felt an incredibly powerful change in just 3 sessions. My experience felt like a learning exercise as well as receiving treatment; I have come away with a wealth of knowledge and relatable theory behind my treatment. I love that Marianne gave space to listen to and integrate my personal beliefs and interests in to my treatment. The guided hypnosis recordings and techniques have been invaluable tools to takeaway that have immediately translated as support in other areas of my life.
Marianne is a fantastic therapist who has made my first experience of therapy a hugely rewarding and positive one, despite my initial fears she has always been very understanding and supportive throughout my sessions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and I will definitely be continuing to see her in the future.
When I got in contact with Marianne my mental health had me in a place that I truly believed there was no way out of, after almost a year I can happily say I'm no longer feeling that way. I now have many diffrent tools to help with my ongoing mental health issues and have a much wider understanding of everything and why I feel the way I do. I can honestly say without her guidance, patience and understanding I don't believe I would be here. I can't thank Marianne enough for everything she's done for me, truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Marianne was brilliant. She was so warm and focused and she listened to what I needed and tailored the hypnosis exactly. Having since been exposed to the situation which used to lead to high stress and anxiety, I now find I manage it calmly and easily! I canβt recommend her highly enough. Thank you Marianne.
I found hypnotherapy sessions with Marianne so useful. She was so reassuring and calm and explained the process so clearly. I found the sessions themselves very calming and Marianne recorded a guided relaxation for me to use over and over again. I used to have recurring nightmares about flying and I donβt have these anymore! I have been able to reframe my thinking about my fear of flying in a really positive way. Thank you
Marianne was so lovely to work with. Everything was taken at my own pace and the session were extremely supportive and beneficial. Marianneβs hypnosis are dreamy and brought about tangible change. I highly recommend working with Marianne around confidence building and decision making for small businesses but also for enhancing your day to day life.
Marianne was warm, friendly and supportive and the sessions were always relaxed and comfortable as well as being tailored to what I needed each time. The relaxation in each session helped me to feel more grounded and centred, and left me feeling relaxed and well rested. The sessions provided a real opportunity for me to pause, reflect and refocus - this really helped me to cope with stress more positively without becoming overwhelmed.
Marianne is very insightful, and the sessions have really helped me reframe how i think about problems. I was new to hypnotherapy but Marianne made me feel at ease. I now feel much more confident to deal with issues as they come up
I'm really pleased that I went to see Marianne for hypnotherapy. She is warm, friendly, professional and put me at ease straight away. I've felt really listened to in my sessions with Marianne. I came to see her with general anxiety and also anxiety with driving. When I started seeing Marianne I was having panic attacks trying to drive just an hour on the motorway. I'm now feeling much calmer and in control of my thoughts and feelings. I was recently able to drive 3 and half hours on the motorways to London and through the city itself. I'd highly recommend Marianne as a therapist.
