I have had the luck to find Andrew after years of search for the right therapist. I believe he has an unique set of very effective tools to support you in your own healing process. Andrew was clear since the beginning that I myself was going to do the work and he was only offering tools. It has been a beautiful as well as intense journey where I was able to understand my needs and find the strength to take charge of my own life. I'm extremely grateful to Andrew's expertise and professionally.
I’ve had many therapists over the years, and Andrew has been the most significant to date. He helped me see my life more clearly, he lifted a vale of confusion. I will forever be grateful to Andrew, and have recommended him to multiple people since working together.
I was recommended Andrew by a friend of mine after going through a huge traumatic experience. Starting with him I brought with me a large amount of disbelief in therapy as a process, a desire to end my life and a hopeless sense of self. Andrew worked with me with enormous patience and through his insight, support and tools a transformation has taken place. With his guidance I have been healing lifelong wounds and have learned to truly love and accept myself. Andrew has not only been instrumental in saving my life but has also given me the confidence to move forwards and create the life I could only have dreamt of a few years ago. I am so grateful that I had the chance to meet him and would recommend him to anyone who has suffered trauma.
Cannot recommend Andrew enough. The most attentive, insightful, astute & compassionate therapist. The difference in our relationship - how we communicate, how we understand & relate to one another, how we're able to support one another - is absolutely massive, & yet it feels like we've only had to make tiny tweaks to get there. Andrew is incredible at facilitating a safe, supportive place, making it surprisingly easy to be truly open & honest & to therefore get the most out of the sessions. Thank you for everything, this therapy has been life changing.
I cannot even find the words to do justice to how amazing my experience of therapy with Andrew has been! It has been truely life changing! I had experienced a lot of trauma in my childhood that I had not been able to fully deal with my whole adult life. I had 10 sessions with Andrew and now I am no longer triggered as I had always been by certain situations and interactions. I can love myself finally and this has completely changed my romantic relationships and my career! So many of my friends want to see Andrew now after seeing this dramatic, positive change within me!
I had a few sessions with Andrew while going through what felt like a turbulent time in life. I also approached him to get some help quitting smoking. I found Andrew's methods to be holistic and to take into account my personality. I could say I felt understood on a deep, maybe intuitive level. I enjoyed having 1.5h sessions that Andrew sometimes graciously extended. I gained a much better understanding on why I have certain behaviours and triggers, especially when it comes to smoking and this has helped me a lot in managing strong emotions. It felt like we made progress during each session, even if it didn't always come easy. I also like that Andrew's approach seemed quite focused on finding solutions i.e. you don't necessarily need years in therapy to feel better and move forward. I heartily thank Andrew for his support :)
I first hard of Andrew White through a friend, at a time when my life felt pretty difficult. The sessions with him supported me in working through some of my personal circumstances and coming to terms with some life choices that I’d made. At first I was unsure and perhaps even sceptical but in hindsight, persevering with Andrew is probably the best decision that I’ve ever made in my life! The work is very deep and transformative; although, for me, the transformation was much more subtle than I had initially expected – I guess all part of the understanding that I gained through working with him. I would recommend him highly to anybody for just about any difficulty that they are facing. I will always be grateful to him for the new sense of lightness that I have gained. One of my biggest fears was of being judged and I felt that with him, I was safe to say just about anything and that I’d get an honest and wise response without feeling judged in any way. Many thanks Andrew!
Andrew is an amazing human being! We had a few very useful sessions. He is totally and genuinely committed to helping people. Thanks to our sessions my anxiety levels decreased and I have said good-bye to cigarettes! Thank you Andrew!
Working with Andrew was an incredibly deep, profound and life changing experience.I went to Andrew thinking I needed to be cured of loving the love of my life - thankfully this didn't happen. I cannot thank or recommend Andrew highly enough - the changes that can occur when working with Andrew truly are magic!
Found Andrew focussed on what was helpful to me and identify negative unhelpful thinking. Felt that although challenged sessions my own opinions were respected and we worked together. Therapy came to a natural end and feel ready to move on. Thank you.
