I had a bad fall from my horse in Jan 2026, it was getting a bit better, but I couldn't ride my horse like I used to, I was in too much pain with my knee, even pain killers (codeine) wouldn't help, I get fed up by April, so I made an appointment with Emily, Emily is such a lovely lady , easy to talk too as well, after assessing me, she noticed I was weak in my right leg and compensating on my left, so we went through some exercises with resistance bands, very easy and simply exercises , 3 weeks later, I can now ride my horse a lot better , I just wish I contacted her sooner. Thank you very much Emily.

Just over 3 years ago I was facing emergency major surgery on my neck, the urgency was to prevent becoming a quadriplegic. The surgery was successful but I was left with bracial nerve damage to my left arm and my phrenic nerve was accidentally cut (common problem with this surgery) causing one lung to stop functioning.This in turn started to twist my torso causing hip problems. Emily came to my rescue rebuilding me muscle by muscle. Her meticulous approach, expansive knowledge teamed with her keen eye has now meant I lead a full and normal life. Within a year, I was walking mountains of 11,000 feet, slowly, but got there. I can dance at concerts for a few hours, ride a bike and be normal. Her determination, positivity is infectious. I can't recommend this wonderful sports therapist enough. Simply a star !
