I could never find the right words to describe how valuable the help I got from Barry was! Over 12 weeks Barry has pulled me out of depression and anxiety and has helped me believe in myself and enjoy life again! Barry is an exceptional and highly competent professional but above all he listened very carefully and understood well the emotional states I was founding myself in. The hypnotherapy sessions were very well tailored addressing my specific needs and background. Barry was very generous with his expert knowledge and supported me during and after our collaboration by sharing relevant resources and tools which I can rely on at any time required. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone who wishes to improve their approach to dealing with emotions and stress! I’m very grateful to Anxiety UK and Architects Benevolent Society for putting me in touch with Barry at Enso Hypnotherapy.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me with my equestrian performance. Would definitely recommend.
