Sophia's quick understanding, warmth and compassion combined with her therapeutic expertise and intellectual curiosity was exactly what I needed to help me understand and navigate a difficult time in my life. It was a real privilege to work with her and I look forward to taking forward all that I have learned into my next chapter. I highly recommend Sophia.

Sophia’s power to make you feel seen and held really comes through in her sessions, and the customisation of her time with you really illustrates her depth of knowledge and skills. For me she expertly weaved psychology with somatic meditation, and then anchored my intention with the most incredible sound bath. I’ve never experienced the power of 360 vibration quite like that before. Then when she adds in her incredible singing which blends perfectly I really did feel like a spell is being cast linking back to the intention I set at the start of the session. I left feeling completely different and a state of relaxation I don’t know if I can recreate on my own. The set up of the sanctuary room was just so grounding too. Thank you Sophie for your care in that journey together. Feeling very inspired.

Working with Sophia this year has genuinely been life-changing. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found someone I could connect with so easily and work with so effectively. Her calm, steady presence creates a space where it becomes surprisingly effortless to open up, even about things you didn’t realise you’d been carrying. As someone naturally interested in psychology, I’ve really appreciated her playful, collaborative style. She brings in techniques, suggestions, and insights in a way that feels conversational and creative, bouncing ideas back and forth to open up new perspectives. She’s not precious about her ideas either, openly acknowledging that some things may resonate more than others, and that honesty made the whole process feel grounded and real. I never once felt patronised or “psychologised.” She didn't just listen; she genuinely helped me to move forward. Each session left me feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable. She picked up on what was underneath the surface, offerered insights that stayed with me, and created an environment that felt consistently safe, respectful, and supportive. In a year that’s thrown a lot my way, Sophia has helped me reconnect with myself, understand my patterns, and navigate life, family, and work with far more clarity and compassion. If you’re looking for someone empathetic, intuitive, and deeply committed to your growth, I honestly couldn’t recommend Sophia more highly. She’s exceptional.
