Sebastián Morales Over the last couple weeks I’ve been having physio sessions with Sebastián to help with a shoulder injury, he’s been extremely helpful, personable and friendly through each of the sessions, has given me detailed plans and information regarding the recovery and responds quickly to answer any questions I have on the matter. Sebastián has been a great help and provided an amazing service.

Sports massage with Seren was great. She checked in about pressure, and gave some good ideas/ exercises for looking after my leg muscles. I felt much better after the session. I will be back for regular massages. Highly recommend her.

Wow Sebastian is the best physio I've ever had. I'm a hypermobile dancer that does a lot of high-impact acrobatic stunts and no other physiotherapist has been able to provide me with a program that really fit my needs. I've struggled with knee and neck issues for years and Sebastian gave me a program that was more than just generic exercises. I felt so seen, like he really gets the level of performance that I need from my body and how to get me there safely. Highly highly highly recommend him his knowledge so incredibly valuable. Thanks so much Sebastian!

Received an injury assessment for runners knee from Lesley which was incredibly thorough and useful. Lesley performed a number of biomechanical assessments and gave me really useful detail about what might be going on as well as what I can do to manage my knee going forward. Since then, I have been having running form analysis and coaching with Seren which has given me practical adjustments and exercises to introduce into my routine. Very impressed with Bristol Physiotherapy and would recommend!

Lesley was knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and keen to understand my condition. I will follow up to build a plan with her for handling my hypermobility better.

After being sceptical of physio helping with sciatica and thinking I would just be spoken at and given a sheet of exercises, it was so much more than that. Ben was excellent with explaining everything, did lots of investigation and ended up having massage and acupuncture, he showed me what exercises to do in the gym and came away with videos as reminders, which is so much more beneficial. I have now finished my course of appointments and the outcome is no more sciatica. I am now going to the gym 3 times a week, focussing mainly on strengthening my back plus arm and leg exercises (now that I'm 62 and want to stay flexible). I have since tested my back with doing gardening, which used to cripple me the next day, but not any more. Thanks so much Ben - you've taught me how we need to continue to look after our bodies and not just to cure a problem that would only come back in no effort is put in. Couldn't recommend highly enough - brilliant physio :)

Seren is very knowledgeable and helpful. Less than 2 weeks before an ultra I was thinking I might not get to the start line. Seren assessed, explained the problem and gave me exercises. I'm now confidence I'll get through it.

Alex was super helpful in diagnosing the issues I was experiencing in my shins whilst running and pulling together a recovery plan. Alongside this, Alex was easy to get along with and was very accomodating. Thanks Alex!

Rosie was brilliant. She listened compassionately, and asked questions sensitively and without judgement. She explored the situation from a number of different angles and came up with several suggestions. She got me to try out exercises during the appointment so that she could ensure that I was carrying them out correctly. She offered to video me doing them so that I could refer back to the videos. I've already seen an improvement in my symptoms. I would highly recommend her.
