I cannot speak highly enough of the sessions I had with Alex. I employ the techniques she taught me everyday in work and in my personal life. Alex did a great job of structuring each session to focus on a particular topic of interest to me, with activities to help me really understand. She was also great at being able to pivot a session to address something I wanted to talk about from the previous week, if needed. If you're thinking about booking a session with her, I recommend you do. She helped me so much more than I was expecting. Definitely money well spent!

I came to Alexandra feeling completely hopeless. After changing my career path, I realised the ADHD masking strategies I had relied on for years no longer worked in my new environment. My nervous system was stuck in fight or flight mode. I felt anxious every day, emotionally drained, and like my body was shutting down. I wasn’t living. I was merely surviving. From the very first moment, Alexandra met me exactly where I was. Before our first session, she sent a detailed questionnaire to truly understand my needs, making our time together focused and productive from the start. During our sessions, she created a safe, nonjudgemental space where I felt truly seen and heard — something I had never experienced before in a professional setting. Her compassion and understanding made all the difference. Each session was tailored to what I needed most at that particular time and based on what I was currently going through. Alexandra combined her deep knowledge of ADHD with practical tools that helped me not only manage my challenges but also understand how my brain works and how to work with it. Her holistic and flexible approach gave me the clarity, confidence, and independence to navigate both work and life. In just three months, I experienced a genuine transformation. I reconnected with parts of myself I thought were lost. I began to embrace my brain’s unique wiring, and for the first time, I truly believed I was enough. I left every session with practical strategies, fresh insight, and the motivation to keep growing on my own. Alexandra always ensured our sessions moved at a pace that felt right for me. She is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable coach but also a kind, empathetic human being. Her listening skills, her ability to hold space, and her commitment to her clients are simply exceptional. I found Alexandra when looking for a coach to use the Access to Work scheme grant, and I’m so grateful she was open to working with me through that channel. If you are struggling with ADHD, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to her. Working with Alexandra changed my life. I only wish I had met her sooner.

Alexandra helped me navigate my ADHD diagnosis and helped give me the understanding to convey my needs and differences to my partner and daughter. She has an approachable and trustworthy manner which was reassuring. I am truly grateful and plan to book further sessions when I hit bumps in the road.

Alexandra has been wonderful. If you have ADHD or Autism or any other neurotype and are seeking therapy or support - it’s so important to reach out to a practitioner that specialises in that field. It’s common to give up on therapy/coaching all together, but after many many many years of trying and then actively avoiding continuous support myself, always due to mismatch therapy/counselling/coaching - I honestly believe you just have to find the right match for you and your mental health. Often, in coaching /therapy, there is an immediate barrier for people with ADHD/Autism because you spend most the time explaining your mind and how it works to ensure the practitioner understands where you’re coming from before you get started .. but when you find someone like Alexandra, you know she fully understands where you are coming from, so your energy can just be spent in working through the internal chaos instead. I reached out to Alexandra through desperation for a space to talk. Thank you for providing that safe space for me and going above and beyond to ensure I feel supported. Thank you x

Alexandra is a fantastic ADHD coach. Her background as a psychotherapist also came in very useful, enabling me to briefly touch on some deeper things going on for me during our sessions. Still, the main focus was always kept on coaching and how to move forward. At the start of our sessions I was struggling with constant overwhelm that was manifesting as procrastination and settling into my new life as a student and a creative. Alexandra imparted with so much relevant, highly useful information, helping me find a new rhythm in life. Six sessions on and I am now flying, have worked through procrastination, have so much motivation and can’t recommend Alexandra highly enough. She offers a free assessment so drop her a message and see if you are a good fit to work together. There is nothing to lose and so much to gain!

I cannot recommend Alexandra enough—her ADHD coaching sessions have been truly life-changing. Through her guidance, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself and how to navigate the challenges of being neurodivergent. The sessions were incredibly relaxed yet highly effective. Alexandra provided me with a wealth of practical tools to manage less favorable traits, empowering me to implement strategies that genuinely work for me. These tools have made a significant difference; I now feel like a more content and self-aware person who understands my strengths and can better regulate my weaknesses. Alexandra is an exceptional listener who fosters a supportive and non-judgmental environment, making the entire process both engaging and productive. She also helped me see the positive aspects of small talk and reframe how I approach certain challenges, which has been a profound shift for me.

Alexandra is a wonderful coach. She has excellent listening skills and a great combination of accountability and flexibility that I found worked perfectly for my neurodivergent needs. Her knowledge and resources were relevant, up to date with current research and incredibly useful for me. Most importantly I found the coaching sessions and the tasks she set enjoyable and engaging enough to actually do in my own time (which never normally happens) I have adopted many of Alexandra's strategies and suggestions into my work and personal life and have found them to have a significant impact on my physical and mental health, my productivity and my internal narrative. I would (and have!) recommended her. She is a kind, intuitive and insightful coach and a lovely person. Thank you Alexandra!

I’m so grateful to of found Alexandra when I did. She’s been such a help and I’ve learnt so much from her. Alexandra’s responses to any questions I’ve had have been thorough and ADHD friendly so I can go back a read it time and time again. I have such a better understanding of ADHD now which is invaluable. With her help I now look at things differently which has helped me not just in my life but my family and work life too. I have and will continue to recommend Alexandra to anyone needing guidance in the ADHD journey.
