Jonno is really lovely to work with. Really listened to me when I described my various ongoing injuries and really took the time to go through an approachable recovery plan.
I saw Jonno in person for an initial testing session, and since then we’ve worked together remotely which has been really convenient to fit around my work and training. He built me a programme tailored to my goals (skiing and trail running) and test results, and updates it every few weeks to keep things interesting. I’ve had shoulder subluxations in the past and knee niggles from running, and Jonno has been great at incorporating these weak areas into the training. Fitness is a big part of my life, and I now feel much more productive at the gym and stronger than ever. He's recently added a trail marathon plan into the mix with my S&C regime; this is something I feel a lot of people could benefit from, as it removes the fear of injury (by overtraining) from the process. Jonno is helpful, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Above all, he is fun to work with and makes the sessions enjoyable. I’d happily recommend him to anyone - injured or not - who wants to improve their performance in their chosen sport.
Honestly amazing. I've struggled with my back for years but Jonno helped me not only understand it better but how to adapt and strengthen myself while keeping it at bay!
I tore my ACL in Jan this year and was recommended Jonno by a friend when he was still practising in London. I’m now 9 months post surgery and tell anyone who wants to hear that my PT is the best out there (and I tried a few on that first month post-injury…). Jonno is an incredible professional who has been supporting me through these past several months with thoughtful, precise, patient, and high quality care. From the app that tracks your training, to the (healthy!) obsession with metrics and use of tools to track progress (eg force plates), to everything I learn in each session - I have much more awareness of my body and how to build performance than I ever had. The rehab has not only been transformative for my knee but also turned me into someone that actually enjoys running and going to the gym. Can’t recommend Jonno enough!
I'm a long distance trail runner and came to Jonno with an ongoing injury. I had seen a physio and a running coach before. Neither helped to overcome the injury successfully. Jonno explained how the injury occurred, how to fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. He’s also helped me with my strength training and other niggles along the way. I highly recommend Jonno to anyone whether it is to fix an injury or to prevent injuries with strength training programmes
I snapped my achilles in August 2024. NHS physio and general recovery sorted me to an extent but I've never felt back to 100% fitness or confidence with it. Jonno ran me through a few tests and was able to pinpoint my issues. He gave me a range of exercises to do and the technical knowledge behind why I had to do them. He's a lovely guy who knows his stuff and his kit is brilliant. He creates a really nice environment that makes you feel confident and supported. I'll be back that's for sure!
I consulted Jonno regarding a persistent injury that had previously been assessed by several other physiotherapists. Unlike previous practitioners, he conducted a thorough assessment and developed a comprehensive treatment plan that was both understandable and practical to follow. I felt supported throughout my treatment, as Jonno doesn’t just give you a piece of paper and send you on your way, he spends the time taking you through the program in his state of art clinic. Following his intervention, I achieved full recovery and now maintain regular appointments for ongoing strength development and general fitness maintenance. I have referred multiple friends and family members to his practice, all of whom have expressed significant appreciation for his clinical knowledge and professional guidance. Thanks again Jonno.
I’ve been seeing Jonno for just over a year now, following surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Physio. From day one, Jonno’s been incredibly supportive — he really takes the time to listen, explain what’s going on, and adjust the plan as things progress. His knowledge is second to none, but it’s his genuine care and encouragement that make the biggest difference. Thanks to Jonno, I’ve made huge progress and feel stronger and more confident than I ever thought I would post-surgery. I can’t recommend him enough!
Jonno is the best in the business. I’ve been a runner for over a decade and have had countless ankle and knee injuries to overcome with physios.. Jonno far exceeds them all, with his care, attention and professionalism, accompanied by his cool and calm approach. I would reccomend Jonno to everyone and anyone. A top guy at the top of his game.
Jonno has fixed every injury I’ve ever had. I trust this man with my life quite literally. Extremely knowledgeable and a good laugh.
