I've been a patient there for years, like before the merger, when it was just the Woman's Community Clinic. I go in today to re apply for the FPact, and they look at me like I'm an alien. I called to make sure I could drop in to do this, they told me yes. When I got there they had no record of me as a patient. They lost my entire medical history when they updated their system. What should have taken 10 minutes took 45mins, and now I feel like a stranger.

The N.P. Nancy prescribed three upscale prescription items, one cost $150, $50, $9. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR THAT SCHEISSE. She doesn't know what the cost is. Why is she prescribing these after a 90 minute appointment, WHEN I WANTED A GENERIC. I AM NOT PREGNANT. The pharmacy had a long wait and i went back to tell the front desk person and she consulted with Nancy. OK. SAN FRANCISCO GENERAL HOSPITAL, TONIGHT AT CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT IN THE EMERGENCY WAITING ROOM.

Why does a women's health clinic require me to disclose a sexual orientation and a gender identity. I came here specifically because doctors are so ignorant about female health issues. I have a female body and i need a doctor for my physically female body why do I have to play these identity politics games about sexuality or gender.

Great service and knowledge. Had been a patient since 2011. Everyone is always super friendly and make you feel very comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have health insurance. Wish I still didn't so I could continue to go!
