Lisa is amazing and she helped me during very hard times and I still work with her when I need help and support. It has been over a year so far. Very carrying professional expert and person. I have been recommending her to all of my friends and people I know who are seeking help. Thank you Lisa!

I was seeing Lisa while my mother battled terminal brain cancer. Once my mother passed away, Lisa ghosted me. The last communication I ever had with her was when I was trying to schedule my next appointment as usual and she told me she raised her rates. This was fine with me. When I asked her what her new rate was, I never ever heard back from her. It was the most bizarre thing to have my therapist ghost me especially after the passing of my mother.

Lisa has been amazing! I’m so thankful for you! I can’t believe you have helped me in so many ways. You have been such a blessing to my life. You are such a wonderful person! You are a person that speaks from the heart! You are so warm and gentle. I feel like we can talk about everything and there’s no judgement. You have helped me figure out so many things in my life. I will continue to refer all of my family and friends to you. I so glad I found you!

Lisa has played a pivotal role in my recent speedy recovery as well as helping understand what it means to deal with chronic illness. She is sharp, attentive and focused during the sessions. Lisa has my highest recommendations.

My daughter made a difficult call for help. She deals with severe depression, including suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, and terrible self image. This woman had my daughter lay it all on the table then asked if my daughter drinks. The honest answer was yes. The local bar is a refuge of sorts. Does she drink too much? Probably. It’s one piece of the problem. She was then told Twilling would not be a good fit as a therapist and was dismissed without a referral or any other words of support. Another rejection my daughter did not need. Twilling is not a credit to her profession.

I have been seeing Lisa for years and she has been beyond compassionate and respectful. She has helped me get through several traumatic and troubling times, and she is amazing. She is upfront and offers great feedback. A consummate professional who has been a light during some of my darkest periods. I can’t recommend her enough.

I have to give at least 2 star for being a good listener, that's about it. Offers no advice or recommendations, she just sits and looks at you with this blank face. I was also billed for missed appointments when family member passed away and had to leave town. ---- Edit billing seem to have been retracted.

I met with Lisa for about 45 minutes. I explained my situations, my condition and my needs. At the end of our appointment, she said she may not be a good fit for me. She said she would contact me the next day however, I have not heard back from her either via telephone call or email. I feel that this is a very unprofessional way to handle a potential patient. If a person doesn't have the common courtesy to follow up as they said they would, she should consider another profession.

This therapist ghosted me on our second appointment. I waited 45 minutes in her lobby. She never showed up for our appointment, no call, no email, no response to any of my subsequent calls or emails. She either passed away suddenly or is the most unethical therapist I've ever known.
