It's hard to describe how much Ron has positively impacted my life. The best life decisions I've made were possible because of him: I found a career I love, made fulfilling friendships, decided to have children, and rooted myself in the Bay Area. Maybe more important than these life decisions is I now have a stronger and clearer sense of self. I feel lighter, freer and stronger, able to weather life's ups and downs, knowing everything will be okay. This is a huge leap for me, as someone who grew up with anxiety and panic attacks on the regular. In my 20s, I tried many therapists. I didn't feel fulfilled in my career, and I had this nagging feeling that things weren't quite right. I wasn't content or happy, even though I achieved what I thought I wanted. I floated from therapist to therapist, until I found Ron. In the first session, he saw through me, and knew the unease I was feeling wasn't related to my career, but to experiences from childhood. He uncovered and helped resolve childhood trauma I was too scared to face, one by one, until I started to feel lighter. In one session, I recall asking him if we could take it easy, I was feeling so tired, and he looked at me and said, "This work isn't meant to be easy. Are you ready to continue?" And that's what it's like to work with Ron: like a highly effective trainer for the mind and spirit, who will guide you and give you tools for the journey, who will push you just enough to emerge transformed. Before Ron, I walked away from therapy feeling great, like visiting with a friend. After Ron, I realized real, transformative therapy feels like work, because we're digging into the subconscious and rewiring old pathways that no longer serve us. It's been 15 years since I met Ron, and we have continued to work together on and off. He's now my coach and continues to guide me through life's transitions. I say this genuinely, I wouldn't be where I am without Ron. I'm now living a life that I didn't think was possible, and I no longer feel the nagging feeling or carry around the quiet trauma I ignored for so long. So if you ever feel stuck, or have this feeling like maybe you should feel better, lighter, freer, more confident, give Ron a call. He is a rare, truly gifted healer, who can help you if you're willing to go on the journey.
