Potrero Physical Therapy is by far the best PT I have experienced. I worked with Nicole who was super knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and helpful. Her methodology is incredibly detail-oriented. She would measure my progress every 4 or so weeks and send notes to my PCP. All the staff were also extremely kind and friendly. The building looks a bit old and abandoned, but inside the Potrero PT unit, it is a very nicely decorated and welcoming space. I highly recommend Potrero PT and will be back if I have future injuries!
I couldn't have asked for a better place to rehab my back injury than Potrero PT. The space is the nicest physical therapy clinic I've ever seen, which makes it a pleasure to come in every week. Nicole was professional, friendly, and responsive to my feedback, constantly adjusting my program to fit my goals. I'm happy to say that after a couple months of rehab I'm back in the saddle, and was able to ski 7 days and do many strenuous hikes on a recent road trip. Thanks to Nicole and the team for helping me get my life back!
I am super satisfied with the help I received Potrero Physical Therapy. I was paired with an excellent physical therapist who stayed with me through the end of my sessions At another facility I was passed from therapist to therapist, so there was no continuity in the tracking of my progress. It was this consistent care that I think makes Potrero Physical Therapy so attractive.
If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, I can wholeheartedly recommend Potrero Physical Therapy. After having shoulder replacement surgery, it was time to go to physical therapy. Other facilities that I had used were underwhelming. Their therapists did not make a strong connections with their clients. I rarely got the same therapist, so tracking my progress was inconsistent. At Potrero Physical Therapy, Nicole became my therapist. She was very focused and methodical in creating stretching routines especially for me. She was with me the whole time. We started out at twice a week and then went to once a week until we finished. I left with what feels like 90% of the flexibility that I had before the operation. I feel the other 10% will come in time, as I use my arm more fully than I ever had before the operation. When you finish your series of sessions, you can push a button and do the Happy Dance!
From the front desk staff to Nicole, my Physical Therapist, I could not be more pleased with their dedication, care and experience in helping to bring me back to my best health. Starting 2 years ago with my first Total Knee Replacement to now my 2nd Total Knee Replacement and also some shoulder issues last year, I could not be more pleased. And, the parking and access is the best!
Nicole Reiss is a true healer. She understands how the muscular system, the skeletal system, and the nervous system all work together, and she is brilliant at figuring out the exercises you need to put your body back aright.
I am here after a knee replacement. My therapist, Leslie, is wonderful and my recovery is going great. She listens and she changes the programs accordingly.
PPT is an incredible resource. I've had a few issues over the years and the pros there have been amazing in helping me regain my strength and mobility and adapt to the mixed blessings of aging. Nothing but praise for the therapists and staff, 100%.
Had a really solid experience at Potrero Physical Therapy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and scheduling was straightforward. My therapist developed a treatment plan that actually worked, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to others.
This place is the best. I had two knee surgeries this year and at one point was going to Potrero Physical Therapy twice a week. Celina was my physical therapist for all of my sessions and I cannot say enough great things about her. During each of my sessions, Celina was energetic, motivating, insightful, and patient. We worked together on a plan of care that both suited my schedule and aimed at getting me back to full health. The plans she created for me were never too rigid and had enough flexibility to not feel like a chore. Other staff at Potrero Physical Therapy were great, too, as there were many times when I had to reschedule or cancel. Additionally, the app patients use to follow along with their home physical therapy was great since I can't remember anything and am not particularly good with instructions. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so since I owe a great deal to the folks at Potrero Physical Therapy for getting me active and healthy again.
