There’s no sense of urgency as you’re just another patient. There are errors all of the time getting appts or medications takes multiple days to get a response from anyone. They say someone will respond within 3-5 business days.
Okay
Doctor reaches out the day you run out of meds telling you out of nowhere that you need an appointment in order to get a refill. They do not have the interest of their clients in mind. Just a money making scheme. It was better when it was “done.”, the “mindful health” name is totally bogus.
Yes, you can use this provider to access ADHD medication that you need if you’re uninsured. HOWEVER. The patient portal leaves so much to he desired that it’s impossible to get ahold of your doctor in cases of urgency. For example, the portal assigned the wrong pharmacy to my profile after correcting it multiple times. My prescription was sent to said wrong pharmacy. I don’t take stimulants, I take an SNRI that has to be taken every single day. Their customer service team is either completely overwhelmed, and they need to hire more people, or extremely cavalier. I can exchange maybe one email a day if I am lucky. I’ve come off my meds cold turkey and have had debilitating side effects which have caused me to lose work as an independent contractor who does not have paid sick leave. The unprofessionalism of this company has cost me valuable income. I’ve also had to move up the dose on this medication over the course of several months, and I don’t know if it’s safe to jump back into my current dosage once the prescription issue is resolved. Good thing my doctor doesn’t have any availability for 3 weeks! I’m giving 2 stars solely out of generosity for the fact that this company is an option for people who need medication and don’t have insurance. Is it a good option? Well…
Do not communicate with their patients. Take forever to get anything handled. Never can talk to anyone to help
