I don’t know where I would be right now without Maya. I’ve had the most powerful, grounding, beautiful and epiphany-driven experiences with her, all of which have shaped me into the “new” person I am today. She has this way of making you feel so validated and safe, and her warmth and accessibility makes you feel like you can really go deep on topics you want to unlock. She helps you not only understand the root causes of things, but also helps you establish habits on how you can integrate the change you want to make. I love how holistic she is in her approach to healing — and how knowledgeable she is in her practice. She is a great listener, is so genuine, and is a master at her craft. I like to do multiple sessions with her a year, because there are such cool, new learnings each time. If you’re thinking of doing a session — Maya is the best in the business, hands down.
I can't possibly recommend Maya more. She is the real deal and has set the bar for what it means to be an incredible therapist. I have tried other routes to make therapy more affordable via insurance and others, but returned to Maya because absolutely no one is her. She has truly helped me open myself up to the man that I want to be in life.
I've worked with Maya in a variety of capacities over the past few years (including individual, couples and Ketamine Assisted Therapy). These experiences have been instrumental in helping me develop a deeper understanding of my patterns and conditioning, which has led to healthier and more fulfilling relationships with myself and others. Maya is incredibly kind and supportive, and an overall beautiful and wise person whom I've recommended to several friends.
In the years I have known Maya and her work I have come to find her to be an incredibly calm, confident, and skillful therapist. She is a fine mix of spiritually grounded and deep while also being able to hold intricacies with a lightness and with humor. I have worked with Maya in ketamine therapy and have experienced her depth of presence and compassion.
I've worked with Maya for over 5 years now and she continues to be a great support for me. I've learned so much about myself and developed tools that help me on a daily basis. Every session I have something to take away that carries me forward. And over the past year, I worked with her Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions and it worked perfectly with the type of work she focuses on. It was a safe space to go deeper and gain better understanding of my depression and anxiety. I've become a better father, better husband and better human with help from Maya. I highly recommend her and thank you Maya for all your support!
I cannot possibly say enough about the impact that our time spent with Maya has had on our relationship. She came with the highest possible recommendation from a close friend, and she has certainly lived up to that recommendation and then some. With every new appointment and every new insight, we are continuously blown away by the wonderful counsel we receive from Maya. She has made us both better partners and better people for having spent time with her. Thank you so much, Maya, for all you've done and all you continue to do - anyone who's lucky enough to meet and speak with you is certainly better for it.
