Michelle and her team at Lands End Physical Therapy are absolutely fantastic. What really stood out to me is how Michelle takes the time to truly ask questions and listen to what’s going on, instead of just putting you through a routine of weekly stretches and strengthening exercises. The care feels very personalized and intentional. I went in with an LCL tear, and with their help I was able to get back to 110%. One of the things I appreciated most was their use of the Stride Hub app. It made it easy to review my exercises anytime, which was incredibly helpful when I forgot details like how long to hold a stretch. The team is also extremely responsive whenever questions come up. 10 out of 10, I would recommend them. Hopefully I won’t need physical therapy again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going.

My 12yo competitive swimmer sprained his rotator cuff and we got a referral to Lands End from his coach. I am so glad we did. Micheline and the team did an amazing job caring for him in the office and prescribed exercises that I was able to help him through thanks to their thorough explanations. Shout out to Sai who works the phones and schedule. She got back to me every time and kept things running. I hope we don’t have to go back but if we do, this is the team I trust and respect.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about LEPT and Micheline’s team. I previously did physical therapy at UCSF and unfortunately had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to try again. After waiting a couple of months to get into LEPT, I finally understood why the waitlist is so long—it is absolutely worth it. From the very first session, Micheline listened so carefully, took my concerns seriously, and continuously adjusted my treatment plan based on how I was progressing. Her expertise and attention to detail are exceptional, and her warm personality makes every visit feel welcoming—she always greets you with a big smile. Ronin has also been an absolute pleasure to work with—patient, encouraging, and always making sure I’m doing every movement correctly to avoid injury and maximize improvement. And Mazy is just a big plus—she’s the cutest, fluffiest dog ever and brightens every session! I genuinely feel supported here, and even as I recover, I find myself not wanting to stop because the care is that good. LEPT has completely changed how I view physical therapy, and I’m incredibly grateful for the progress I’ve made with this amazing team. Highly recommend!

Micheline and her team at Lands End are awesome. I injured my shoulder, had never been to a Physical Therapist before, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Every session was thorough and I could legitimately see improvement after each time I went in. I’m back to 100% and so thankful I chose to come here. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I cannot recommend Lands End Physical Therapy highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The team is not only exceptionally skilled but also deeply compassionate, taking the time to understand my needs and tailor each session to my progress.

Received treatment for shockwave therapy on a pulled quad. The therapy helped tremendously - it is one of the few therapies that you can immediately walk out the office feeling better. Would highly recommend for anyone dealing with persistent bone injuries/tendinopathy, especially in runners. Micheline was great!

Amazing physiotherapy team! I came for my ACL surgery recovery, and Micheline and her assistants looked after me so well. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. If you need PT, look no further than Lands End Physical Therapy. (Bonus: super cute dog on premises!)

The entire team at Lands End PT has been delightful to work with. This was my first time at PT, and Micheline helped make me feel comfortable and welcome. The office is a friendly environment and each session provided individual attention to my concerns and injury. They also took my insurance which was amazing, and the entire process from my first day to my last appointment was seamless. I highly recommend LEPT.

Simple daily exercises like clamshells and dead bugs along with professional guidance from Micheline's team made my daily life ten times better. Thanks Micheline, Megan, Ronin, Celine and Karlo for the guidance, encouragement, and restaurant tips! Your team is on the same page no matter who's adjusting the BAP board, giving me a towel for toe curls, or instructing me on the proper form for nerve flossing. The back feels great thanks to you all.

I highly recommend Lands End! I’ve been a client for 6 months. I was specifically searching for a small practice and found this gem. Each visit I spend some time 1:1 with Micheline, PT and owner. I previously been to large studios where I felt like a name on a piece of paperwork. I’m always able to get an appointment (!!!) and the young trainers communicate the exercises well. I’ve made great progress according to my 6-month surgeon check- in. I hit my summer goals to get biking and hiking. I’m on track for my 9 month winter goal of skiing. I really like the phone app that shows the weekly exercises to do at home as small videos.
