Beth has been instrumental in helping me to understand my own curiosity into kink, and be more comfortable expressing myself. She has helped me through a really terrible breakup and always reminds me to trust my instincts. I learn so much every time we speak. Her kindness and intuition are unparalleled.

Beth has been helping me on my health journey for several months and I can confidently say the lessons she’s taught me I will carry with me for life! I honestly had no idea how much I needed holistic health support but now I can’t imagine my life without it. She brings so much knowledge to the table. From helping me with diet changes that have helped my physical & mental health (42 pounds down and no more Gut health problems AND I’ve noticed I a feel so much more happy, confident and struggle way less with depression and anxiety). I can come to her with questions in literally every aspect of my life and she offers incredible insight that is grounded, healing, and supportive. I wish I hadn’t waited to so long to find support but I’m so grateful I found her! I am always amazed with how much she can help and heal ❤️

Beth helped me with 2 different but related mental health issues. First, Beth helped me to develop and work with my mother who had Dementia. We together created a Care Plan that aids my mother's happy mental health and allows her to keep her interest and personality while working with her memory loss. Second, Beth helped me with my insomnia issue, and I was taking over the contour medication that had side effects—Beth’s non-drug therapy cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) works better at improving my sleep without the side effects. We are grateful for the help Beth and will keep working with you for better mental health in the future. Using her was an experience like no other. I would recommend her to anyone.

Beth was so amazing! She helped me out so much with my Mom whom suffers from Dementia by giving me tips and resources. I even get paid now to care for my disabled Mom. That of which never would have happened if it weren't for Beth telling us all about IHSS. I don't know where I'd be now without her. ❤️
