The team at Thrive is fantastic. Amazing physical therapists that treat you like family.
So very grateful for Dr. Aaron. He’s seen every member of my family, all athletes, and has helped in every case. Most recently, he helped our youngest son who has a sprained hamstring. Cannot thank him enough! Adding to this review, since we've seen Dr. Aaron several times since we posted this. Outstanding. Have been to many PTs over the years, and Dr. Aaron is hands down the best. He provides clear explanations, demonstrates the follow-on actions needed for good healing and results, and he listens! Many thanks for the great help!
i have been seeing Dr Rowena Tam at Thrive PT for about a month following surgery to remove a kidney and tumor in September. She is both knowledgeable and caring and I feel very safe in her care. Rowena is helping me to gradually strengthen as well as deal with other issues related to the surgery. i highly recommend her.
I have only recently seen Dr. Tam but I am already seeing improvement in my body pain. I have had sciatic and upper/low back pain for a long time, and have seen it come and go over the years. Recently it has been really bad and I needed extra guidance. The facility is cozy and comfortable and has a lot of fitness equipment available. It was slightly hard to find. I was given good instructions that almost got me there but I still almost missed in. It's tucked in the corner next to the Imperial House Apartments entrance. Dr. Tam is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me a lot about what aspects of my body need improvement. I was given homework that is challenging but simple enough to do every day and I am really seeing improvement. She is also really nice and easy to talk to, and she made me feel very comfortable during all of my visits!
I am working with Lauren on my pelvic floor throughout my first pregnancy. She has worked wonders helping me get rid of some pesky hip pain that was making it hard to walk! Not only that but sessions with her are an absolute joy. Who knew PT could also be fun!?
Dr. Lauren is the kind of practitioner that you hope to encounter and work with. She is thoughtful, empathic, knowledgeable, and has realistic expectations. She meets you where you are and finds a way for you to succeed. She understands the body, for many different injuries and areas of focus. I have seen her for a sprain ankle, post-partum recovery, C-section scar massage, and back spasms. She is responsive and genuinely wants to see her patients get better. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren (or anyone at Thrive) if you want to feel better in your body and move without pain.
Welcoming, warm, and experts in their field, I highly recommend going to Thrive physical therapy. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lauren, Dr. Aaron, and Dr. Rowena for various concerns over the past couple of years, and each has been amazing in equipping me to care for and heal my body. Big shout out to Jori who sets the scene for the fun and inviting atmosphere and has been incredibly patient in scheduling around my work schedule. Thank you Thrive Team!
After just two treatments at Thrive, I couldn't wait any longer to share how amazing this place is. The treatment itself is top-notch, but what truly sets Thrive apart is the comprehensive education they provide to ensure long-term relief from pain or discomfort. The staff are incredibly positive and vibrant, making each visit enjoyable. Personally, I'm thrilled to learn something new and feel better every week. And to any males struggling with chronic injuries or pelvic floor issues, don't hesitate to call Thrive. In just three weeks, I've seen remarkable improvement, surpassing the progress of the last five years. Words cannot express my gratitude for Thrive. ❤️ So please do not hesitate book a session with these legends RIGHT NOW!
Love the space and team at THRIVE. I saw Lauren but was able to meet both Julianna and Aaron too! Everyone was so kind. I am very thankful to Lauren. I received exceptional care, gua sha, massage, she gently challenged my range of motion and now I can bare weight on my right leg! (I couldn't walk or even flex my foot when I went in) Doing some gentle exercises and toe yoga and I will be back next week. Highly recommend seeing them, so worth it.
I have been coming to Thrive to see Dr. Lauren for several months. I initially started virtual sessions for postpartum and c-section recovery. I started office visits when they re-opened in person. Mid-treatment for postpartum care, I was in a car accident and we switched gears, while also still working on scar mobilization etc. Dr. Lauren is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and fun to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The office is also very nice and the support staff is helpful and friendly.
