I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. Perla was absolutely amazing — she worked with such confidence and care. She paid attention to the areas that needed it most and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and so much better than when I arrived. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

BENJAMIN's deep tissue massage is PHENOMENAL!!!! Perfect, consistent pressure in all the right places. He is very intuitive and so highly skilled. As someone who's had deep tissue massage every 2-3 weeks for the past 15 years, I've had deep tissue from dozens of masseuses and Benjamin may be the best ever. And I love the ambiance here!!...the low lights, the warm cozy comfortable massage table, the ocean waves on speaker, no conversation just relaxation, everything is so clean and beautiful, and all the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I recommend arriving early bc finding parking can be a challenge.

Nice atmosphere, but the massage was just okay. The bigger issue is the membership policies and lack of follow-through. They require 30 days’ notice to cancel, which effectively means you’re charged for another month after your last visit. And once you cancel, any remaining credit disappears. I called the office about five times and was repeatedly promised a callback with a solution—never happened.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I’ve been to two LA locations multiple times and this location is by far the best. From the time we walked in, everyone was so personable yet professional. I had Lauren for my 80 minute massage and wow she was incredible. She knew exactly what to do, listened to what I wanted and hit areas that I needed. She was so knowledgeable and the overall experience was comforting and relaxing. Will definitely be back and will definitely be requesting Lauren!

I booked a massage with Benjamin, and he was fantastic. He struck the perfect balance between gentle and firm, really listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt safe, warm, and relaxed the entire time. If you’re picky about massage therapists, he’s one of the good ones. The space itself is lovely — calming, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The sound machine was cranked just enough to drown out the outside world, and honestly, I loved that. The only hiccup was the front desk experience. The gentleman working reception was polite but very soft-spoken, to the point where I could barely understand anything he said. Not rude, just not exactly creating the warm welcome the space itself promises. --- Bottom line: The massage was wonderful, and Benjamin is worth booking. A little improvement in the customer service vibe up front would make the overall experience truly excellent.

Absolutely Not five star. I was very disappointed with my massage experience. It started with unusually loud music. It sounded like a raging storm with clapping thunder. I did ask to have the sound lowered but that only lasted ten minutes. The volume came back gradually. I told my massage guy, Ben, I preferred above medium to firm touch. I never got that. Instead I got light and spaces of time between transitions. I wondered if maybe he was reading a manual to determine best practices. Perhaps there was a language problem. I noticed my one question was not answered. So I took that as unwanting to do simple verbal interaction. Or perhaps as a tourist, I was treated at a lower standard, knowing I was just here today and never returning. I strongly do not recommend, especially at this price point.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at The NOW in Little Italy! He was treated by Ben and I was with Rebeca, both were absolutely spectacular. The massages were incredibly professional, relaxing, and left us feeling completely renewed. The ambiance was perfect , the lighting, the soothing sound of ocean waves in the background, and the overall cleanliness made the whole experience even more special. A special mention to Luna at the front desk, she was such a sweetheart! Super kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this beautiful spot. 🌿

I was seen by Benjamin! What an amazing experience. Trust me I didn't want to leave. He was gentle but thorough. I highly recommend this spa. The staff is excellent. You won't be disappointed. Very ascetic!

After becoming a member, I kept coming back because every massage I had was absolutely perfect. There was one time, though, when I didn’t enjoy the massage as much — just a one-off experience. Coincidentally, due to a billing issue, the manager Amy called me, and I ended up sharing my recent experience with her. Without hesitation, she gave me the most amazing service and handled the situation with so much patience and genuine care to make sure I left completely satisfied. Two weeks later, I came back for another massage — this time with Ben. Hands down, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Such a special place with incredible service! And if you go — ask for Ben! Highly recommended!
