I went to Spine & Sport Gaslamp for treatment of chronic foot pain and I was thoroughly impressed with the detailed, personalized support I received. Levi runs a fantastic practice and the PTs I worked with in my time there were all attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable. I actually looked forward to going in there each week because the staff were so enjoyable to be around and felt like true partners in my recovery. They gave me exercises tailored to the types of activities I engage in to ensure I was ready for running, skating, and all of the walking I do around the city. Thank you Levi, Nick, Dan, Maddie, and Aisha for all of your support! You rock!
Amazing staff! Awesome workouts that were tailored to my needs. 100% worth it.
When I chose this group for PT, it was because of location, but it turned out to be an incredible stroke of good fortune. I found myself at Spine & Sport's Gaslamp location because I live nearby and broke both my ankle and my arm. From the moment I began working with this clinic, I knew it was something special. The clinic's director, Levi Renninger, has created patient-centered culture that was evident in every interaction. Not only did I feel seen and cared for as a patient, I could see that it was because everyone who worked there felt seen and appreciated by Levi. I was there long enough to see 3 different students do their rotation in the clinic, and also worked closely with Levi's physical therapy assistant, Nick, and every single one of them spoke about how special this clinic was. As someone who teaches leadership for a living, I watched as he gently guided and encouraged each one of them. And that same care was then passed down to each patient as a result. When I'd tell people I'm going to PT, most of them would cringe and tell me horror stories. I'd laugh and tell them that I love my PT! While it certainly could be challenging, they made me want to get better. They wanted it for me as much as I did. This is not a clinic where people are simply doing a "job," but a place where they help people reclaim their lives. While I'm thrilled that I'm more mobile (thanks to them), I'm also very sad that I won't see this team of people regularly anymore. They remind me why engagement, a positive culture and a remarkable customer experience are simply the byproduct of how a leader shows up and invests themselves in what they do. Thank you, Levi and team for getting me back on my feet! I'm so very grateful.
I have been a patient at Spine & Sport for quite awhile now. My improvement has been remarkable. It is due to the wonderful people who work their under the direction of Levi Reninger, PT, DPT, Clinic Director and Givanna Pergolini, PT, DPT who perform comprehensive intake and write the treatment plans. The Physical Therapy Assistants are all very experienced and meticulous in their execution of the treatment plans. I am so lucky that my Pain Management Specialist referred to Spine & Sport at the Gaslamp location. The added bonus is that I can walk there as it is just a few blocks from my condo.
The team at Spine and Sport is fantastic. They ate very empathetic, flexible and very helpful in helping you navigate your injury rehab.
Great facility, great therapists. Pretty much worked with all of them during my PT for bi-lateral total knee replacement.Everyone was terrific. They pushed me when I needed it and cared for me when I needed it. Very grateful for the process. Much stronger than when I started. Gonna miss my PT family at Spine and Sport. Highly recommend!! #hardwork #results
During my current recovery period for my ankle fracture, I was referred to this outpatient facility. Itβs in an interesting location so I wasnβt sure what to expect, but any doubt I had was quickly dismissed. Very personable group of people who push you just the right amount. They take the time to learn your strengths and limits, and tailor your exercises to what will help you improve. Levi was my primary physician, and through five sessions and a bit of homework I was able to make some good progress. If my current circumstances allowed, I would continue coming here to aid my recovery. Thank you guys for the short time we worked together!
This was my first time having to see a physical therapist so I was really unsure of what to expect. Conveniently a quick 8 minute walk from my place, just down the street. The place was and is kept very clean, all of their equipment is either new or relatively new and in great condition. The staff was my favorite part though. Levi, Felipe and Sarah - thanks for providing a great first experience and putting up with my obnoxiousness, and being good sports with my annoying humor π
Staff at India St location are great. I needed help with an arthritic shoulder. Sarah and Felipe did a great job teaching me exercises that restored my range of motion and increased my shoulder and arm strength. Even better, they showed me how I could continue to do these exercises at home and in my condoβs gym so I donβt backslide. Highly recommended!!!!!
The team here is fantastic! I came in for my first PT session post-injury and Levi was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations. Knowing that I am only in town for a week, he provided me with at-home exercises I can do until I find longer term care in my hometown. I highly recommend the team here!
