We had a wonderful experience at mommy and me classes. It can be hard to navigate new motherhood alone and these classes provide a safe space to talk about the uncomfortable moments and share experiences. I’m so thankful for these classes as a very new mom!

I did this mommy and me group last year starting when my baby was around 4 months old. It was such a calming and supportive group of moms (and Reilley the facilitator!). I think it was really helpful to have this as a consistent part of my week in those early chaotic months of new motherhood, and to be able to openly and honestly share how we were feeling about everything, ask questions, and learn from each other! I would definitely recommend this group for moms of babies!

THIS is the class you want to take if you are looking for an amazing mommy and me experience in the San Diego area! I can't say how grateful I am to have found this program and Reilley our Facilitator! My son was the older of the cohort of babies when I signed up, but Reilley made me feel so great about still joining and loved the idea of how the other moms could see where their babies would be when they got to the next stage coming up. Even with our group ranging from 2 week old babies to my son being 7 months old when we started, it did not take away from how VALIDATING and spot on our discussions and feelings and experiences have been in our new adventure of motherhood. I had no expectations going into that program other than proving to myself I could go put myself out there and do something fun with my son and I to have together, but this group ALSO gave me some great girlfriends now that are in the same phase of life as me! We now have our own mommy and me dates, workout dates without the kiddos, and just continue that connection with each other all because of this program and Reilley! You will not regret joining this group, I was so sad when it ended! Thank you SD Mommy and Me!

Joining this Mommy and Me group has truly been meaningful for my family. Each session provided a space for genuine conversation, vulnerability, and support with other moms during my maternity leave. I appreciated that the group is led by a counselor, prompting thoughtful discussions and professional insight. My group stays in touch and continues to share recommendations, celebrate milestones, navigate challenges together, and meet up for social outings. I’m very grateful for the women I met in this group and highly recommend it to any mom looking for a true sense of community.

I found this Mommy & Me class (hosted by Reilley!) incredibly helpful, especially the space it provided to process my birth experience. Having the opportunity to connect with other first-time moms who are going through the exact same stage at the same time (with babies approximately the same age) felt so special. Reilley did an excellent job facilitating our weekly discussions and quickly helped foster a trusting environment. It was such a unique and niche experience, and also very eye-opening. The support and shared understanding made the transition into becoming a new mom feel less overwhelming and much more supported.

Really grateful for this group and for our leader, Reilley! It was so helpful for me to get out of the house at a dedicated time each week postpartum. Months later and I still find the group chat of moms from my group as an invaluable resource for questions/ recommendations/ solidarity! I’d highly recommend this group to any new mom who is looking for support and connection during such a massive life change. My baby loved it too and has loved getting to meet other babies through this group.

Reilley was so warm and engaging from the very beginning. She created such a welcoming space where everyone felt comfortable sharing, and her guidance really helped foster connection and support within the group. I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to meet the other moms as we’ve continued to build close relationships even after the group ended, which truly speaks to the community she fostered.

I found this group super helpful in the months after having my baby. Reilley led my group. I looked forward to it each week and keep in contact with other group members, even months later.

This group was the best thing I did for myself on maternity leave. Reilley did an amazing job facilitating the conversations we had each week, and it was an easy way to meet an amazing group of moms who were experiencing the same things as me. I feel like it left me with a true community that I still have today. I always recommend this group to any new mom.

Renata was wonderful. I enjoyed her structured talks and resources provided, but she also let us guide the journey as well. Highly recommended for both new moms and veteran moms :). I really enjoyed meeting a group of women going through similar and yet different experiences and learning from each other. It was a good mix of working moms and stay at home moms, very inclusive and well rounded. Would definitely take her class again, and I wish it was longer than 8 weeks.
