I went to Saffron and Sage for the first time last week with the intent of trying acupuncture for the first time. I had been dealing with some pain from high intensity training in my back and was looking for relief. Little did I know I would get that and much more! Not only did my acupuncturist take the time to get a full picture of my lifestyle including habits, medications, and more he explained what he would doing, the rationale, and also acknowledged the benefits in a manner that acknowledged both a western and eastern medicine approach. As someone who can be a bit skeptical towards alternative health approaches I really appreciated this. By the end of the session, I felt amazing. Significant physical relief through my back and an emotional calm that accompanied it. Finally the clinic director Cristin sat down with me and explained all they offered. From functional testing, aesthetic treatments, breath work and more this is truly a place for total health support. I was impressed and will be back. Saffron and sage is truly a bespoke holistic health practice that still upholds a high standard of care and doesn't cut corners

Saffron And Sage is surprisingly deceiving. I thought it was only a place to get a massage or General spa services. I have now hired them to run my full medical diagnostics and provide direction for all kinds of health related issues. Their doctors are very knowledgeable and I am thrilled with my outcomes thus far

We had a wonderful experience at saffron and Sage for my 50th birthday celebration. My mom and I chose the services of massage and sound bath. The massage therapist and sound bath therapist were so kind, gentle and warm. The experience was relaxing, and I would absolutely recommend any of these services in this peaceful place. Run, don’t walk to Saffron and Sage! This place is truly a gift. After 3 years of not having a cycle due to pregnancy, postpartum, nursing, etc. my cycle returned within TWO days of only having one acupuncture session with Dr. Mahshid. I thought it was too good to be true, but my cycle returned again the next month. I can’t believe that one acupuncture session would make such a difference, but it did! I’ve also done two breath classes at saffron and sage, and let me tell you - it’s an amazing experience that’s hard to put into words. Just trust me when I say, it’s worth it! Saffron and sage offers so many different services and I’m so excited to try them out. There really is something there for everyone!

What a BEAUTIFUL and PEACEFUL space! I had the most incredible acupuncture treatment with Dr. Mahshid. She took the time to truly understand my concerns and goals, and her approach was both thoughtful and thorough. I barely felt the needles—which, in my opinion, is always a sign of true expertise! Wow!! Saffron and Sage is the best experience I have ever had at a Holistic Heath Club! I had my first experience of acupuncture and cupping and I felt immediate relief with my pain and stress! I will definitely be coming back!!
