PLEASE READ ALL LOW STAR REVIEWS AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. I never leave reviews for any place of business, but that is exactly what I would call Radar. A busniness, not a recovery facility. Thank goodness my loved one chose to go somewhere else. They have non stop called my loved one AND ME which she never consented for them to reach out to me (granted i was apart of the process) but they didnt fully know that. They will call you 3x in a row if you dont answer and try to manipulate your loved one to going to their facility, not just being happy you are looking for the best fit facility. Even after advising them my loved one found a different recover center and them confirming they closed the case, she and i still recieved multiple phone calls, WHILE SHE WAS ALREADY IN TREATMENT. Take this review with a grain of salt given my loved one never went into their program, but I'd have to imagine if before even using Radar, this was how they handled a very personal and delicate situation... probably not the best place for you or a loved one. Please read all the reviews, especially the low ones. From my brief expierence with Radar, most were accurate.
This is my first time in treatment and I don't have any regrets making that phone call. The staff is amazing! From housekeeping to the chefs to the BHT's, therapists, recovery coaches, they made my stay an enjoyable one. All the group sessions were very informative and educational! I made new friends and we begin our journey together. One day at a time! *** highly recommend Radar Recovery!
Radar Recovery has been so amazing and helpful for my sober recovery. The staff truly care about everyone and are so supportive. The groups and meetings are very beneficial and you learn a lot. If you need help I highly recommend going to Radar Recovery.
The support staff is so sweet and helpful. Berenice, José, Laura and Manny others made my stay feel like home. The clinical staff are very professional and also supportive. Patient advocate, Jess, is so sweet and funny, always ready to have a good time. I was able to make so much progress on my personal journey thanks to Radar Recovery.

I also wanna give a shout out to Bernice who just went above and beyond to share with us and tell us her story and be so down to earth and real. I also want to give a shout out to Tony working the night shift, sometimes working doubles and making sure that everything was taken care of These three people are the ones that really touched me in my recovery. Also want to give a shout out to Lisa who is amazing amazing helping and doing everything she can to get our L away done our tickets home just everything she is amazing. I actually want to give a shout out to Alex RYAN and Monica. Thank you all for helping me do what I needed to do. I hope y’all have a great day and keep doing what you’re doing Esteban. I told you I was gonna write a review about you. I wasn’t kidding. You are one heck of a man. Thank you so much
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW ENTIRELY!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR RECOVERY! I'd like to start off by letting you know that most all of the positive reviews you see on here are probably fake. I asked ChatGPT to analyze the positive google reviews for this location and determine whether it was more likely that the reviews were phony or written honestly by patients based on their actual experience. Here is the response I received: "Based on the public evidence I could find, it’s more likely the reviews for Radar Recovery show signs commonly associated with manipulation (AI/staff/coerced) than a completely organic set of independent Google reviewers." This comes as no surprise to me, since I personally witnessed staff asking to use the google accounts of patients to write reviews. But if you're still unconvinced by this major red flag, I encourage you to read the rest of this review where I do my best to describe my awful experience. Let me guess- you're from out of state and were referred to this location by someone over the phone or from a different facility/institution? Whether or not the person who referred you here means well, I can't say for sure. What I can tell you is that you've been lied to, and that the person who referred you is financially incentivized by this network of rehabs (Flylands) to do so. Despite what you've been told, this facility is ran by a network of predatory, incompetent administrators who see you as a walking bag of money. In the interest of not having this review exceed the word limit, I'll try to be as concise as possible: -You will wear a bluetooth device around your ankle 24/7 (including when sleeping and in the bathroom) that needs to be "scanned" by staff every 15-30 minutes. -You will be frustrated at the low-quality, redundant groups, and the soulless facility (which includes only four sections: patient rooms, the dining room, the group room, and an outdoor patio- over which a plane roars by every 5-10 min) -You will encounter many staff members who are rude and insensitive: a sexual assault survivor, who blew a 0.31 BAC, was told "either sign all of these [documents], or you sleep on the street tonight" after expressing that she felt too intoxicated to comprehend what she was signing; a girl experiencing a panic attack who temporarily calmed down but went back into panic was interrogated by a tech who asked, "what's wrong with you? You were just fine a minute ago!"; a resident who relapsed was yelled at when he returned to group for "triggering other residents" and forced to leave to go to his room -You will encounter a manipulative and vindicative administration if you try to leave early, regardless of your circumstances. I wanted to leave early, but to transfer directly to another facility since I didn't feel comfortable at Radar. However, it took me 8 hours of consistent nagging and effectively threatening to leave to finally get even a monitored call with my parents. In the process, I was sent through the gauntlet of different therapists and administrators, who said awful and condescending things like: "you just want to leave so you can use" or "you're just trying to negotiate with your addiction". Keep in mind I wasn't trying to bail and go to the streets- I merely wanted a direct facility to facility transfer to an environment I felt more comfortable in. Worst of all, they brought my family in, taking advantage of the ROI I signed to try to get them concerned about me relapsing if I went to a different location. I suspect all of this was done just to squeeze as much insurance money out of me as possible. This experience was not unique to me; almost every single resident had a similar story. To the handful of Radar staff members who were diamonds in the rough, advocating for patients and trying to make them as comfortable as possible- thank you. But I cannot write a positive review of this place- or even stay silent about my experience- in good conscience. To fellow people wanting recovery- please avoid this place like the plague.
I loved my time at radar!! The staff was amazing and spoke life into me when I felt like I couldn’t stay sober. Bernice made my day everyday when she would come in and gave us amazing activities. Jay always made sure that my medications were ready and always advocated for me! Gentry always had my back and played the best music when we had free time, he is an amazing BHT and his story is so powerful. Everyone else also made my time at radar smooth and gave me hope that I can recover !!
My mother went here, at first it seemed great. We live in a different state so they set up travel. They were in constant communication with me while she was there. She ended up at the hospital for a possible stroke a few days before she should have discharged. The day she was supposed to discharge from the center she was picked up by someone from the facility, she did not have any clothes to change into so they wanted her to leave in the hospital gown, luckily the hospital had some sweats she could change into. She got in the car and they had already packed her bags and just dropped her off at the air port 30 minutes before her flight took off. They did not help her in, do any sort of discharge for her or notify me that she was coming home. She called me panicked because she thought she was going to miss her flight, luckily she made it. Her flight had a layover in Denver and then she was supposed to fly to Colorado Springs. I ended up picking her up in Denver due to her medical issues, and she didn’t get on the second flight. Since then not one person has reached out to make sure she made it home or to set up any of the after care she was promised. She was totally set up for failure.
Radar Recovery was absolutely amazing. A home away from home. They took amazing care of me the entire time I was there, helping me along every step of the process. The staff there were extremely knowledgeable and caring and food was amazing. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help and wants to be around people that truly care for their well being.
One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do but the best thing I ever did. I’m am now 9 months sober and going strong. Life is good. Everything is clear and I am so happy to be 100% present in my family’s lives. Thank you radar for your support and love care and concern. Staff was all amazing, food was unbelievable. I’ll never forget you all. Excited to collect my 9th coin tomorrow!
