Great staff, really helped out when I was in a bind.

Outstanding Care and Support at New Vistas Crisis House Iβve been at New Vistas Crisis House for 11 days, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience. The level of care and support they provide is beyond anything Iβve received elsewhere. From psychotherapy to psychotropic therapy, the mental health services here are top-notch, helping me regain stability and hope. What truly sets New Vistas apart is its compassionate and dedicated staff. The nursing teamβLulu, Kate, and Hillaryβdeserve a special shoutout for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support. They go above and beyond to make sure every individual feels heard and cared for. Daily group activities (three times a day!) provide a structured and encouraging environment for growth, healing, and connection. The entire team fosters a sense of community that makes the recovery process feel less isolating. One of the most incredible aspects of my stay was the help I received in acquiring housingβsomething I never expected but am deeply grateful for. New Vistas truly cares about long-term success, not just short-term stabilization. If you or a loved one ever need a place that prioritizes mental health, stability, and genuine care, I cannot recommend New Vistas Crisis House enough. Thank you to everyone who has made this experience so impactful!
Excellent program. Terrific staff who go beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend for anyone in need.
The love and support I received, from staff helped me believe in me again. Thank you π π
Insurance fraud. Holding clients against their will. Denial of medication. We just wanted to get help. A woman had to be taken by ambulance because they denied her services.
Iβm grateful for New Vistas Crisis House for literally saving my life. I was in a deep, dark hole and the care I received there was phenomenal. I especially want to shout out the medical staff; Mel, Valerie, one more lady whose name I cannot remember, and Dr. Waters. They made me feel heard and special. Even after I had discharged from New Vistas, I was able to call and rely on them for help. On the counseling/case management side, I felt like Anissa and Alma wanted to see the best possible future for me and I will be in their debt for the rest of my days.
ππ€π€!
This place took me in in the middle of a mental health crisis after I had nowhere to go and the hospital discharged me. Grateful for this opportunity and help!
So far from today; knowing I will have to contact them to obtain my clothes or things lost; or what I believe to be lost or stolen: three 32 degree shorts, four pairs of shorts from Amazon, 3 pairs of shorts from Walmart, 3 pairs of shirts from Walmart. Also unlabeled food if I can since I will leave that to you I guess, but also request compensation if possible. I cannot believe you are so careless with people's clothing, as if you do not care or get paid to overreact to someone's state or situation at the cost of almost their life. I plan on calling you and set this as a reminder for the time loss and time spent; and will seek compensation regardless thank you. I hope in the future you do not waste people's time and if all that will happen is improvement then, so be it. I am also voting to shut your program down indefinitely for this one incident hopefully you understand I need an education to do this. It is the time loss and time spent I will only seek compensation for because this is fair, I suppose.
